That's a wonderful program. She's been there for I think 2 years now maybe 3. She loves every minute of it. She's very happy there. Very content. Well cared for.

Because of Covid 19 we do not have the all of the outside program I do know Pike Peak will take us outside more. Thanks Debra

I want to know why they don't have a vegetarian menu to choose from? Why don't they teach these people how to cook instead of throwing them in the kitchen. The last 4 days the cream of wheat was gritty and grainy not cooked right.

I think it was a tough situation, a tough part of the year being the holidays but for what they provided, it was a good outcome.

There were some CNA's and nurses that were not as energetic as others. That's it.

They always have great outlook and they always help us tremendously.

Overall, we're very pleased with the care and thankful for how our family member has adjusted and is content there.

The communication between the family and the staff could be better. Some of the staff doesn't really know what the other ones are doing.

I just think sometimes it's very hard to get to her if I wanna speak to her. I know they're shorthanded sometimes, and that's the only problem. It might be 2 days before they'd call me back. My husband is a physician, and he was very impressed with it. He said that it's very clean and they do look after them. They don't let them get outside and roam around or anything. He really thinks it's a good place for her to be.

The food is lukewarm and it's not a really good quality by the time it gets to the residents, so I think they could fix that pretty easily.

They handle and take care of my mom really well. It's one of the best places I've seen. Everything is there. They have everything set up so they got plenty of room to take care of people, and they got the stuff to take care of people too. They just love their job. I think it's a great place.

We had an excellent experience there. My mom was there for a number of years, and the care that she received particularly at the end was excellent. We had a good experience.

My only concern is the cleanliness of the room. There's always food and dirt on the floor. There are a couple of good nurses there.

None whatsoever. I'm very satisfied.

She was very happy being there. Everyone was so nice and made her feel comfortable. It was a really good place.
