Very successful stay
Victoria Hatch, a patient from 12/3/18-1/21/19 at Phillipsburg Center, received physical, occupational and speech therapy during her subacute stay. Upon initial evaluation it was determined she required moderate assistance of two people for transfers and could only take five small steps with a walker and assistance of two people. She needed almost total assistance for her self-care.
When she was discharged home, she only needed a little bit of help to stand up and was ambulating 150 feet with her walker.
She succeeded to climbing up and down five steps and was able to safely get into her daughter's car to go home. I think it's safe to say, Victoria had a very successful stay with us and we're very happy to have helped her home.
Excellent care
Nurse Teri was excellent; advocates for her patients.
