Stacy Omar
AdministratorStacy has been with the Company since 2001. She has worked at centers in Pennsylvania and also supported centers across the MidAtlantic Division. Stacy is a graduate of the Leadership Development Program. She was previously a Personal Care Administrator prior to becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at PowerBack Phoenixville in October 2019.
Dr. Ashley McBrearty-Hindson
Medical DirectorDr. Ashley McBrearty-Hindson graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010. She completed her residency at Rowan-School of Osteopathic Medicine in New Jersey in 2013 where she was Chief Medical Resident. Dr. McBrearty-Hindson is board certified in Internal Medicine.
Missy MacIntosh
Director of NursingMissy has been with the Company since July, 1996 as a Director of Nursing, Unit Manager, and RN floor nurse. Missy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She has over 25 years of experience in a skilled nursing setting.
Mandee Murphy
Admissions and Marketing DirectorMandee has been with Pennsburg Manor since 2016. She has worked in multiple roles throughout the building. She enjoys working with the residents and being involved in all day-to-day activities. Mandee enjoys welcoming new patients and family members so they can receive top-notch quality care! Jackie Gregory
Director of RehabilitationJackie graduated from LCCC in 1992 from the PTA program. She has worked 27 years in skilled nursing facilities, being at Pennsburg Manor for 11 years and loving it!!!
Adrienne Kane
Social Service DirectorAdrienne has worked with the company since 1993, and she has transferred to Pennsburg Manor from another affiliated location. Adrienne is a skilled social worker with an extensive knowledge of gerontology, psycho-social assessment, and hospice/end-of-life care. She is an advocate for our residents and is dedicated with providing individuals with the highest quality of life while preserving their dignity.
Erin Treaster, CRNP
Nurse PractitionerErin received a bachelor of science in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University in 1999, and continued her education at Misericordia University graduating in 2002 with a Bachelor of Nursing. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Lehigh Valley Hospital as she pursued her masters from Desales University graduating in 2007 with her Masters in Nursing, obtaining her Nurse Practitioner certification. She worked at Lehigh Valley Hospital and Heath Network for over 18 years prior to joining Rosenfeld-VanWirt Primary Care in 2019.
Tara Foy
Customer RelationsTara has been with Pennsburg Manor since 2008, Business Office Manager since 2011. With 15 years of experience in Insurance Benefits as well as Medicaid eligibility in the Skill Nursing setting, Tara is a great resource in navigating coverage for both our Short Term and Long Term Care Residents. Tara enjoys the teamwork with all the departments at the Center as well as her open door policy to any questions to make everyone's stay successful for their needs.
