Oak Ridge is a good place.

It was so different and hard to remember, but everything was fine and he as more awareness about everything. He is sociable and he interacts to everyone.

They treat her like a family. The zoom calls are really on top of them, they make sure we can connect with them. It's a really decent place to stay for her.

They are doing a fantastic job out there

I think they do a good job of keeping me informed of her.

The food she gets is either cold or not delivered timely.

I think they did a lot better than the hospital. They did a lot better and much kinder.

Some of the staff were really good. The food was terrible.

The area is really dirty. They just don't clean her room.

They need to improved their food.

Any time I ever have to go to a nursing home, that's the one I'm going to.

Well the food was a little bad. Everything tastes the same. But that's a minor complaint. I was pretty pleased with their help. Everybody was good to work with.

The only thing that I can honestly say is they need more personnel on the weekend because they're lacking personnel on the weekend but overall I have to say very good.

They don't have enough staff on the weekend. Those people that help the residents like the aides and CNA's. That's it.

Nothing, That I can think of to change.

No. Very happy with Oak Ridge. Keep me informed of everything.

Well, I think that they need to give some type of plan what the policy is for long term care. They also need to stay on top of their cleaning. They need to make sure stuff is in order. Also the food being warm at all times, this should be addressed. The fact that the patient's clothes don't always get back even though they have the names on the items. Just things like that.

I like it very much. Ideal place for my family member.

The only concern that I have is the turnover. They do have regular turnovers which makes it more difficult for the residents to get to know their caregivers. They also have poor diet and poor menu choices. That's it.

I don't have any concerns. Comment is that based on services, my family member mentally was not able to take care of themselves but physically would be able to walk but physical therapy was stop too early.

Everything was good with them. They should tell you they have patients with Dementia that wonder though.

I'm just glad to be out there.

That was the second time I've been in Oak Ridge Center, and they did a very good job of taking care of me and doing the things that I needed.

I appreciate how professional they are. Doing things to keep the patients active.

They should answer the call lights faster.
