Karin Stupca
AdministratorKarin has been working for the Company in Maine since 2015. Starting as a Social Worker, moving into Admissions, and eventually completing the Administrator in Training program, she stepped into the Administrator role here at Oak Grove in March of 2024. She is committed to making the center "home" for all residents as well as a great place to work. When she isn't working, Karin enjoys her family time and is an avid Ohio State Buckeye football fan (Go Bucks!).

Renee Pfingst
Director of NursingMy name is Renee Pfingst. I have been a Registered Nurse for 25 years. Primarily, I have done an administrative role as Director of Nursing since 2010 in a couple of different organizations. I was born and raised in this community and consider the residents of Oak Grove and staff part of my extended family. I look forward to serving this community and being part of a successful, growing organization who is committed to clinical and customer excellence.

Tamara Paul
Admissions and Marketing DirectorTamara has worked in healthcare for the past 30 years, starting at Sandy River as a CNA/M, a CRMA and the Recreational Director. After a short break from the Company, she went to Marshwood as a Non-Clinical Nurse Manager and interim Admissions Director. Tamara then joined the Oak Grove Team in August of 2022 as the Admissions and Marketing Director.
Tamara is excited about Re-Launching the We Honor Veterans Program at Oak Grove as well as the Partner Program and heading up the Customer Excellence Committee at the center. Her goal is to make the transition from Hospital to Skilled Rehab to Home as smooth and easy as possible; and the experience of staying with us as enjoyable as can be.
In Tamara’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their 5 children’s families, 3 grandbabies and 3 dogs. Her special interests include cooking, doing crafts, curling up with a good book and enjoying life!
My Mom did several rehab stints at Oak Grove over the years and spent the last year of her life there as a resident. The staff took wonderful care of her and were patient with her throughout each of her stays! They went out of their way during the Covid lockdown to provide ways for us to be in touch with her and provided the nurturing we couldn't. She always raved about how great the food was!
