New Martinsville Center is a 100-bed facility conveniently located along the Ohio River in Wetzel County, approximately 45 minutes south of Wheeling. Our center is easily accessible to major state routes and minutes from shopping, restaurants, and the bridge connecting our area to Monroe County, Ohio. We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapy; short-term rehabilitation; long-term skilled nursing services; and respite care. Our skilled nursing services include IV therapy, pain management, and advanced wound care. In addition, a variety of engaging activities are offered monthly, which enables us to integrate social and recreational needs with supportive nursing care services. New Martinsville Center's close-knit family atmosphere reflects the strong ties to the surrounding communities we serve, and our staff is committed to providing personalized quality care with a hometown touch.

Joshua Stone, LNHA
Center Executive DirectorJosh is originally from Moundsville, West Virginia. He joined the Navy after graduating from John Marshall High School, and he served for eight years as a Hospital Corpsman primarily deployed with the U.S. Marine Corps. He graduated from West Virginia University Institute of Technology in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration. Josh has a background in Veterans and Social Security Disability Law, HR, Payroll, and Labor Management. He began his career with Genesis in 2016 and completed the WV State Administrator-In-Training program. Josh became the Center Executive Director for Sistersville Center in 2019 and transferred to New Martinsville Center in 2020.

Heather Morris
Center Nurse ExecutiveHeather began her career in healthcare as a CNA in 2003 and also started her Nursing Program at WVNCC. Her Graduated in 2005 obtaining licensure as a Registered Nurse. She started her career as a nurse in ICU at a local hospital and transitioned into the ICU Nurse Manager in 2014 where she was able to assist and train nurses for various skills and obtained a teaching certificate in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support from the American Heart Association. Heather also obtained certifications in PALS and TNCC. In 2018, Heather decided to take her knowledge in Acute Care and bring her skills to Long Term Care to help develop employees as the NPE. In December 2019, Heather was promoted as the Center Nurse Executive.

Camissa McCurdy, MEd
Director of Marketing and AdmissionsCamissa joined the Genesis New Martinsville Center family as the Admissions Director in 2015. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology; a Master of Education in Community Counseling; and a background in customer service, regulatory compliance, and grant writing. She loves her role as part of a collaborative internal and external community effort providing care, support, and services to our residents and their loved ones.

Bridgette Crumrine, PTA
Director of RehabilitationBridgette Crumrine is originally from the Buckhannon / Morgantown area of West Virginia. She graduated from Fairmont State College PTA program in 2001. She started working at New Martinsville Center in 2003 and became the Director of Rehab in 2019. Bridgette’s areas of skilled therapy training include balance training; massage; wound care; modalities; gait; muscle energy techniques; exercise physiology; and weight training program development; as well as cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine stabilization and realignment techniques.
