Treated with respect and kindness
Our experience with Mission Arch was fantastic, starting with Priscilla Lujan who went above and beyond to get my father in law in. He was at some high priced nursing homes in Lubbock and was not treated well. Mission Arch was able to bring him back home to Roswell, where he was treated with respect and kindness even though he was not the nicest person anymore at that point. They did everything possible to help the family see him and they not only showed compassion to him but to his family as well answering any questions we had. I am truly grateful for everyone there.
Your care is comforting
I realize you are all so busy working diligently to keep the residents and each other safe from COVID. And, for that, I am deeply grateful! My father is a resident there and although his health has declined since March, it is a comfort to know you are doing all you can for him. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO FOR THE RESIDENTS-GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!
