Maple Glen Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility offering ACCELerate Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. ACCELerate is designed to get you back home as quickly as possible after a hospital stay. The Center offers Cardiac Management, Wound Care Management and Respite Care. Maple Glen Center also offers Long Term Care services on three other units. The Clinical Team is composed of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, 24-hour Nursing Care, Nurse Practitioner, and an In-House Physician.

Trevor John Anthony Dublin, MSW, LNHA
AdministratorTrevor John Anthony Dublin, MSW, LNHA has been an Administrator since 2001. He is a trained classical soloist, TV host of local PKRG TV and a general lover of people and life. "I believe in squeezing joy out of every moment in life and I am passionate about what I do and live intentionally." I live the moto " Do Unto Other As You Would Have Do Onto you". I love managing nursing homes, but my greatest job has been as a father to my 3 college age girls and husband to my lovely wife of 25 years Margaret.

Dr. Ewa Rutkowska
Medical DirectorDr. Rutkowska is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine. She graduated from Akademia Medyczna in Poland and completed her Residency at Monmouth Medical Center and a Geriatric Fellowship at Northshore LIJ. Before coming to post acute, she was the Medical Director at Bergen Regional for an outpatient Geriatric Evaluation Management Center. In 2002 Dr. Rutkowska became part of Hackensack University Medical Center Geriatric Hospitalist Group and in 2015 became an Attending Physician at Maple Glen. As of 2017 Dr. Rutkowska has been Maple Glen's In House Physician as well as Medical Director.
Renata Pokrzywa, RN, BSN
Senior Director of NursingRenata has been a nurse for over 30 years in acute and long-term care. She started working as a staff nurse for Maple Glen Center in 1991 and since 2005, has been the Center Senior Director of Nursing. She understands how to lead a successful team of nurses because of her rich experience in the clinical field. She is committed to fulfilling the our mission by providing compassionate patient-centered care.
Olga Vizcaino
Director of Marketing and AdmissionsOlga has been with us since June 2015. In June of 2017, she was promoted to Director of Marketing and Admissions. Olga has a Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration from St. John's University. Her goal is to provide a smooth and comfortable transitions from the Hospital or Home to Maple Glen Center and ensuring quality care whether it be short or long term.
Candice Baliong, PT
Director of RehabilitationCandice has been a Physical Therapist since 1998. She has been with Genesis since 2007 and at Maple Glen Center since 2007. In 2016, Candice was promoted to Rehab Director. Her goal is for improve the mobility and overall independence for all the residents.
Dedication and professionalism
I cannot thank the staff enough for their dedication and professionalism in helping me get back on my feet. I fractured my hip while on a family visit to NJ (I’m from Florida). Not only was this a painful experience, it was also a scary time being so far away from home. I leave here now with so many positive experiences, and knowing that I made a full recovery.

Physical independence!
Everyone in this place is very nice, pleasant and helpful. Medical and Nursing care is wonderful. Rehabilitation was very helpful and brought me back to my physical independence. The food was also really good. I recommend Maple Glen to anyone who is looking for a place with good Rehabilitation, Medical and Nursing Care!

Compassion and kindness
My sincere thank you to all who helped my mother recover after her hip replacement surgery. The entire therapy department is staffed with amazing professionals with big hearts. Regained my strength to walk again
No matter what hospital I go to, I always get comments that the best Rehab around is Maple Glen. When I came I doubted I would ever walk again or be able to go home again, but thanks to the Nurses, Aides and Rehab I am feeling more secure with myself. Loved the staff
