Madison has partnered with Fresenius Kidney Care to provide on-site Hemo and Peritoneal Dialysis. Center Executive DirectorKevin has worked in the healthcare industry since 2010 in various roles such as transport coordinator, 911 operator, and admissions director. He is a graduate of Monmouth University. Kevin is dedicated to giving the best care to patients and customer service to families. Service with a smile.

Dr. Mir Ahmad
Medical DirectorDr. Mir Ahmad is a graduate of King Edward Medical College, Lahore, Pakistan. He finished his Internal Medicine training from Mount Sinai University (Bronx VA Program) and Nephrology training from UMDNJ/Cooper University Hospital. He is practicing in New Jersey for last 20 years. He has special interest in Interventional Nephrology and Vascular Medicine. He is an Assistant Professor at Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine. His main areas of interest include dialysis access maintenance, fistula maturation, Peripheral arterial disease and venous diseases of lower extremity.
Jessica Longa
Admissions DirectorJessica earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2012 from Felician University. She began her healthcare career working as a medical technician before changing career paths into an Admissions Assistant role. She then spent the last 7 years in an admissions and customer service position in several facilities until becoming the Admissions Director for Madison Center in 2017. Jessica is incredibly passionate about her work and always strives that each patient and family member receives exemplary care and service in our facility. She is always available to lend a listening ear or answer any questions you may have.
Geeta Arora
Director of RehabilitationI graduated from Kean University with a Masters in OT in 1995. I have done a specialty training in Cognitive rehabilitation and have been working with geriatric population for the past 20 years. I joined Genesis in 2014 and have managed 4 other rehab departments before coming to Madison. I enjoy cooking and reading in my free time. I am also a certified Yoga and Meditation teacher and use the techniques with my clients for pain management.

Positive Outcome
82 y/o female admitted to Madison on 9/8/20 after sustaining a fall at home resulting in L Knee effusion and L ankle sprain. At the time of evaluation she required Minimal assistance with bed mobility, Transfers and Walking with RW up to 10 feet. She reported a pain of 7/10. She needed Moderate assistance with Dressing, Toileting and Bathing. Patient’s PLOF was independent with all functional mobility using a RW/Cane, independent with ADL’s and driving. Patient was discharged home on 10/9/20 and at the time of discharge she was able to independently transfer using a RW. She is able to ambulate 150 feet with RW and Supervision. She is also able to go up and down 6 stairs with Supervision and her pain level is 1/10 with activity. She made tremendous functional gains and met all her goals for a safe discharge home.
Positive Outcome
This is a 67y/o female who was admitted to Madison after sustaining a fall at home which resulted in Right Hip Fracture. She lived at home with her husband and was walking with a RW independently. At the time of evaluation her pain level was 9/10, she needed maximum assistance for bed mobility and transferring from bed to wheelchair with 1-2 person assist. She could not walk due to pain. This patient made tremendous functional gains in the 16 days with rehab. She is currently walking 75 feet with RW with supervision, she is able to assist with all her ADL’s and her pain level is 4/10. She is also able to navigate 4 steps which she needs to enter her home.
Comfortable and safe
I appreciate the job that Madison Center is doing to make our loved ones comfortable & safe! During this very unfortunate and difficult time & we can only visit our loved ones on limited times Madison Center staff has gone beyond the call to make our residents comfortable & keep them safe & smiling!
