Marlene Isaac
AdministratorMarlene graduated with a Master's in Healthcare Administration and a certificate in long-term care from the University of New Haven. She has over eight years of experience working in the healthcare industry. Marlene worked for one of the major insurance companies and several local Hospitals before becoming an Administrator. Her goal is to excel in patient-centered care and everyday compassion for residents and families and cultivate the mantra of a great place to work at Madison House. Marlene loves to read, be outdoors, and travel in her spare time.

Dr. Zumpano
Medical DirectorDr. James Zumpano has been the Medical Director at Madison House for 5 Years. He studied at St. George's University School of Medicine and completed his Internship and Residency at the Hospital of St. Raphael. He is affiliated with Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT.

Nancy Lewis
Director of AdmissionsNancy has 20 years of experience in the senior industry working in skilled nursing, assisted/independent living communities and also as a senior living advisor. She enjoys building relationships and helping to educate families about the services and the type of care Madison House can offer. Since Nancy grew up in Alaska, she loves being outdoors and going hiking and fishing with her two Border Collies, Darwin and Winnie. Nancy is very adventurous and is willing to try anything at least once (Skydiving is on her bucket list). Mariana Tamayo
Director of RehabilitationMariana has been at Madison House for 1 year as an Occupational Therapist and newly appointed Director of Rehabilitation. She received her Bachelor in Health Science Studies and Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Quinnipiac University in 2020. Mariana grew up in Guilford and when not working she enjoys spending time with family/friends, enjoying the outdoors and traveling.

I visited my friend here while they stayed on the short term rehab unit. I was impressed with how clean and bright the facility was. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I would definitely keep this facility in mind for any future needs.

Home away from home
It is my home away from home. Never been home-sick since I've been here. Never felt unsatisfied with any of the staff that works here. I've always enjoyed the entertainment provided to us.
