Coronavirus Update
View All UpdatesDear Family and Friends,
We understand the huge toll that separation has taken on our residents and families. We are excited to announce that our Genesis-affiliated Centers will now allow indoor visitation at all times and for all residents (regardless of vaccination status), with the exception of the three scenarios listed below. CMS, the federal agency that regulates nursing centers, has updated its visitation guidance due to high resident vaccination rates and a drop in COVID-19 cases around the country. read more

Staff treats me well
Nice Facility! Center is overall good. I have a private room and staff treats me well. I have come back to Long Green for care a few times. I am still in rehab here.

Wonderful staff!
"My son was a recent patient on your Melrose TCU. He received great care from wonderful staff who showed him kindness and compassion. Thank you for helping him recover from his illness."

5-Star Care
I give Long Green a 5 Star. It is a nice facility with nice people. Rehab worked with me on getting my strength up. Sharon from physical therapy worked with me with kicking a ball, hitting balloon and some other things. Hannah from Occupation therapy worked on curbs and steps for higher level balance. I received lots of help from everyone. Thanks!

Rehab did a great job
The nurses at Long Green are pretty good, especially Charles and Niko. The laundry staff were very nice and took good care of my clothes. The rehab crew did a great job getting me back on my feet and able to regain my strength. The food was good and everyone is really friendly. Hopefully I will stay healthy but if I get sick again, I would definitely return to Long Green.

Enjoyed my fresh haircut
Friday November 11, 2019, I am discharging from Long Green Center. My stay at Long Green was great. The staff treats me nice and if I had to come back, I would come back here. I like that they offer a free haircut for new patients. I was able to get a fresh haircut.
Five star rating
My stay at Long Green was well. I came for Rehab to get my strength back so that I may go home. I was able to do a few strengthening exercises for my legs and it was great. Thanks and I give this center a five star rating.
