Lehigh Commons is proud of its long-standing reputation in the local area. For more than 23 years, our community has been providing high-quality personal care and memory care services in a comfortable and safe environment to our residents. Our team of dedicated staff members, including both RN & LPN nursing staff, are committed to providing customized assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing, medication management, housekeeping, three meals per day, and activities. Therapy services are also available with our full-time team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists. You can have your choice of studio, one-bedroom, or deluxe one-bedroom suites. Companion suites are also available. Our secured memory support unit, with just 14 private apartments, offers residents specialized programming, private dining room, secured courtyard, all overseen by a dedicated Memory Support Director. Residents of Lehigh Commons also have access to Lehigh Center, our skilled nursing facility, offering short term rehabilitation and long term care services if needed. Rest assured that as a member of our health campus, we will take care of all your needs along the continuum - helping you to remain vital and strong as long as possible.
