I would recommend it and it's a phenomenal place and it's been a terrific experience. I had both parents there. My father just passed away at the beginning of Covid in March but they've been there I think for 5 years now and they really enjoyed it. Even after 5 years my mother always says that she is glad we chose this place.

I'm just super happy about how caring they are, especially during covid. They do weekly zoom calls and keep us up-to-date, so I'm very happy with that.

Langdon place has handled the Covid-19 crisis so well with careful consideration for patients, families and staff. Their staff is the best.

Excellent overall- if the podiatrist showed up on a regular basis it would be much better mom's toe nails are generally in bad condition. A hair stylist would be great as well still the best facility. Thank you.

My mother and I chose this facility because it seemed to be one of the best around. After COVID-19 it is clear that the staff is by far exceptional! CED and CNE are amazing. And their leadership is outstanding!

The management team is caring and does an excellent job of communication and keeping families informed. There were also clear lines of communication with nursing staff and they were always knowledgeable and understanding with regard to my parent.

I think the staff has been stressed by the COVID 19 virus which results in an unusual time to operate a facility. However, there have been times of high frustration from family in coordination of dropping items off, visits and coordination of communication to the residents.

I have felt that the care my mother has had toughed this year has been phenomenal. This has been a trying time. But the work that have gone in keeping our family member safe has been above beyond. I am forever grateful.

We have been very grateful for the way Langdon Place has dealt with the Covid crisis. Our mother has been very safe. We know these are challenging times for everyone. Probably because of staffing issues, she has had some issues with communication (meal times/ place etc.) and has had to wait quite sometime for assistance. Also, she feels the food and dining room service have suffered. But overall, we are very satisfied.

Food service continues to decline was for better 2 years ago when my parent arrived. Declining even prior to pandemic. Serving staff tries hard to make up for problems with meals as put on trays. Also, health value of food has declined. Sad state of affairs.

2020 has been difficult I know. My sense all along has been that my dad's health and safety has been the top priority at Langdon Place- Exeter. Much appreciated.

Very happy with all services provided. Staff always willing to help when necessary and even offer to help when not asked. Covid certainly limits activities/ recreation but Langdon Place works hard to compensate.

She was in an apartment and then she had to be moved to memory care and I had a hard time with that but they explained everything and it was the best thing that eves happened to us. I'm happy that they did what they did.

My only comment is, I think the most important thing for me is that my mother feel safe.

My main concern is that they don't have enough staff. They only have 1-2 nurses during weekends. They are pretty much housebound as they don't go to the dining room on weekends. There is not much activities. This has started since the COVID came and has gotten much worse.

They're a wonderful community. I feel like my mother couldn't be in a better place. All the people that I have dealt with over there are wonderful, helpful and dedicated people.

The staff is a bunch of very good people that are underpaid and there's not enough of them. The food is terrible and it's through no fault of the staff or the administration there, I think they do the best they can with what they're given but I don't think Genesis is giving them enough. So I'm impressed with the facility, I am not impressed with the company. It's not terrible. If it wasn't investment run the degree it is, it could be better. Different people have different goals. Administration cares about the people that live there, the corporation is just looking out of every dollar that they can.
