They have been very good. Any time there's an issue they're right on it.

He was the one that made the therapy. He made me go up and down the stairs so I could go leave. He was nice, very nice guy.

No. They all made my stay special.

It's a wonderful facility. They have taken good care of this individual. She is very difficult and they have done a wonderful job.

Not not really. We're pretty happy with her care and everything.

She was moved to a different room which might not be appropriate for dementia patients. She was no longer able to go back to their original rooms due to Covid. That was the only thing she complaints me about.

I just think it's a wonderful place for my husband to be. Everyone is fantastic.

It would be nice if the mangers or the social worker return your phone calls.

The nursing aide in the evening. I didn't have her every evening but when I did, she was a lovely lady.

The nursing assistant. She just go the extra mile. She is just phenomenal.

The day nurses Lizzie and Carolyn. I don't know the names of the other ones. They usually work together the same days.
