We understand the huge toll that separation has taken on our residents and families. We are excited to announce that our Genesis-affiliated Centers will now allow indoor visitation at all times and for all residents (regardless of vaccination status), with the exception of the three scenarios listed below. CMS, the federal agency that regulates nursing centers, has updated its visitation guidance due to high resident vaccination rates and a drop in COVID-19 cases around the country. read more

Homewood Center offers post-hospital short-stay rehabilitation as well as long-term and respite care. Our staff is dedicated to serving the medical and rehabilitation needs of individuals recovering from an illness or injury. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances. Justin R. Quint
Center Executive DirectorJustin has been working in healthcare since graduating from the University of Southern Maine; serving in guest relations, admissions, and currently as Center Executive Director at the Homewood Center. Justin’s passion for family and travel influences the work culture he cultivates by building a team that feels valued, celebrated, and encouraged to offer the highest quality of care to the residents. He recognizes the diversity of lives and families that are brought in to receive care and is committed to come alongside them in achieving this. If not at work, Justin enjoys cooking, spending time at the lake, and exploring new restaurants.
Yamaira Sanabria
Admissions DirectorYamaira is the Admissions Director of the Homewood Center during her 8-year venture with Genesis. Yamaira has been in the Nursing field since she was 16 years old. She is a licensed GNA as well as a Medical Assistant. She has always had a passion to help and be involved in helping others, she is a team player. Yamaira is known for her smile and bubbly personality, she always delivers care and compassion for her residents and families. Yamaira is proud to be a part of the Genesis family.
Stephanie Miller, OTR/L
Rehabilitation Program ManagerStephanie comes to Homewood Center with fifteen years of service as an Occupational Therapist, five of which were spent at another Genesis HealthCare facility. She has a strong background in inpatient and outpatient psych, orthopedics, cardiac rehabilitation, vent unit, acute and sub-acute rehabilitation. Stephanie is PAMS certified and a wonderful addition to the staff at Homewood Center.
