Much to be proud of
Dear Staff,
Thank you for your thoughtful flower arrangement. Most of all, thank you for the care of my mom. You have much to be proud of.
-Nancy, Susan and Lawrence (children of patient).
A very special thanks
A very special thanks to everyone who supported and helped me gain my strength in order to get back home! You all are a very special group of people that I am proud to call my friends. Hopefully I will get better and better and only come for visits from time to time. However, it's always good to know if/when I would ever need more support- you are all here! Take care and thanks again for everything!

Don't want to leave
"Honestly I don't want to go home. Everyone has been so wonderful. If I ever need therapy in the future, I will be back to Hillside."

Back to enjoying life!
Walter came to us after being in the hospital for shortness of breath, pneumonia, and CHF. He was pretty weak when he came in needing assistance to do everything. Within 20 days he was able to get up and do things for himself. His Therapist stated "he has been a pleasure to work with." When I asked Walter how his stay was he told me " you all are doing things right here, if I ever need rehab again I will come here." Congratulations to Walter on being able to go home and enjoy life!
Pain-free
Rene came to us from Norton Hospital after having her second back surgery, as the first one had failed. She was not able to move very easily without being in severe pain. After several weeks of rehab, she was able to walk around the building without any assistance. Her therapist stated, "Rene not only taught us to bake a cake but she was also able to meet all of her goals before returning home." When I asked Rene what she thought about her stay here she stated "I would live here if I needed to! Everyone has been so great!" Thanks to the Rehab and Nursing Staff, Rene is able to go home with her spouse and begin living a pain-free life.
Able to go home!
Ms. Lenora D. came to us in April unable to walk due to weakness and pain in her legs. She has worked very hard with therapy and has had many ups and downs but, now she is able to go home and continue living her life. Congratulations Lenora, Thank you for choosing us for your rehab needs and good luck at home!
John's Success Story

He was determined to get back to dancing with his girlfriend. On July 26, 2019, after several months of hard work with therapy and nursing, John was able to go home with his girlfriend by his side. Congratulations John and thank you for choosing Hillside Center for your rehab needs!
