We understand the huge toll that separation has taken on our residents and families. We are excited to announce that our Genesis-affiliated Centers will now allow indoor visitation at all times and for all residents (regardless of vaccination status), with the exception of the three scenarios listed below. CMS, the federal agency that regulates nursing centers, has updated its visitation guidance due to high resident vaccination rates and a drop in COVID-19 cases around the country. read more

William Brawders
Center Executive DirectorWilliam leads the Center’s inter-professional team to achieve the delivery of high quality care for all residents. Prior to becoming the Center Executive Director at Caton Manor, William was an Interim Center Executive Director, Guest Services Director, and Maintenance Director at multiple Genesis HealthCare locations in Delaware. He first started his tenure with Genesis in 2012. William holds a Nursing Home Administrator license in both Delaware and Maryland as well as a Bachelor’s Degree and Masters of Business Administration degree from Wilmington University.
Danika "Myazia" Smith
Center Nurse ExecutiveMyazia, originally from Boston, MA recently moved from Charlotte, NC. She has 20 years of healthcare experience. Graduate of Queens University Charlotte NC and has held multiple DON positions between AGAPE HOSPICE, SAVA Seniorcare, Faith. Her healthcare certifications include: Critical Care,Wound Care, Certified Hospice/palliative care and Diabetic Education. Myazia is an avid reader and volunteer at a local shelter.
Debbie Kramer
Director of Marketing and AdmissionsDebbie has been with Genesis HealthCare since 2014 where she began as a part-time receptionist at the Hamilton location. After a short period of time she transitioned to the Admission Coordinator position and in early 2016, Debbie was promoted to Director of Marketing and Admissions at the Heritage Center location. Debbie strives to create a compassionate, caring environment for the patients and families by meeting their daily needs and promoting a wonderful transition into the center. Debbie is a true believer in excellent customer service and strives to provide it.
Diane Michaud
Director of RehabilitationDiane became the Director of Rehabilitation at Heritage Center in 2012. Diane has been an Occupational Therapy Assistant since 1990 and has been with Genesis Rehabilitation since 1997. Diane also served in the United States Air Force for 10 years.
