Heritage Hall West is a skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term and respite care services. We also have a specialized transitional care unit, which offers pulmonary management services. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances. Heritage Hall West is an AHCA Bronze Quality Award winner and is part of the Heritage Hall Health & Rehabilitation Campus, which also offers memory support and on-site dialysis in adjacent buildings. Center Executive DirectorMelinda started her career in Long Term Care 14 years ago as a C.N.A and now is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Melinda specializes in Dementia Care and prides herself on advocating for the population she services and obtaining the highest quality of care for the residents.

Director of AdmissionsKristina joined Genesis in 2011 and is proud to be a part of the Admissions team. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a Bachelors in Public Health.
Laura Ward, MOT, OTR/L
Director of RehabilitationLaura is a Director of Rehabilitation on the Heritage campus for Heritage Hall South, Heritage Hall West and long-term care at North. Her career began as an Occupational Therapist in 2006 at Heritage Hall West and has since transitioned to role of Director of Rehab. She has completed specialized training in dementia, seating and positioning, low vision and modalities. Laura’s passion is working in the skilled nursing setting helping individuals meet their goals and supporting clinical excellence with her team of therapists.
Fast recovery
My sister went to Heritage Hall West for rehab after surgery. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Therapy and nursing were wonderful! Fast recovery and home quick!

In great hands
My mom was a patient at this facility . I feel as though my mom had the best care. The employees were always welcoming, kind and compassionate. They were always patient. My mom could be very difficult at times. I felt as though she was in great hands and I didn’t have to worry about her. It’s a good feeling knowing your parent is in good hands.
