Heritage Hall North is a skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term and respite care services. We also have a specialized transitional care unit to facilitate recovery and return home as quickly as possible. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances. Heritage Hall North is an AHCA Bronze Quality Award winner and is part of the Heritage Hall Health & Rehabilitation Campus, which also offers memory support and on-site dialysis in adjacent buildings. Rehabilitation Therapy Services and provided by Northeast Rehab and Physician Services on the campus are provided by Post-Acute Care Clinicians.

Admissions DirectorArianna joined our team in 2018 as Admission's Coordinator and quickly proved her abilities to move into the Admission Director role at Heritage Hall North. Arianna oversees admissions in this busy building with 44 short term rehabilitation beds that is proud to be the home of Northeast Rehab Associates. Arianna's tireless energy behind the scenes ensures our patients have a comfortable transition into our center.
Great food, atmosphere and staff!
First, I would like to say that I liked all staff members: receptionist, housekeeping, dietary, nursing, administration, social service and the therapy department. The cleanliness was impeccable. It was quiet and not rowdy, not difficult to sleep at night and the food I loved. I would highly recommend Heritage Hall North. I will miss everyone. Thank you for taking good care of me during my stay.

Treat you with love
Hospitality. There when you need them and always do things with a smile, go out of their way to make the patient happy. I just want to say thank you for the stay. I felt like I was at home and when I was sad somebody came in with a smile and took everything away. The staff is 100% good, efficient, and they know their job and everything. They go a step further to make the patient happy. They treat you with love.

Kind and courteous
Everybody was kind and courteous. They did a good job. I enjoyed my stay and time with the staff. I think they all deserve a raise. It makes your stay better when staff actually care.
Great care and a nice room
The physical therapy and occupational therapy are very good. Northeast Rehab is great! The nurses aides are all good. The nurses are excellent. My social worker was great as well. I had a good size room. It had good lighting and a nice view. They take very good care of you at Heritage Hall North!

Wonderful care
My grandmother went to Heritage Hall North after she fractured her hip. She was there for a short period of time and the care was wonderful. PT/OT was outstanding!! They worked very well with her. This is the only place she will go to for rehab!"

Pleasant and helpful
Everyone is pleasant and very helpful. One aid went beyond what I expected him too. The Nurses had my medicine before I even asked for it. The Therapists are encouraging. They kept me going and wanted me to get better. It was a really good stay.

Fantastic
The nurses are great. The nurses aids are fantastic. They checked in on me frequently and would keep me company when I had trouble sleeping. Therapy was also fantastic and very good. The meals were filling and good.

Very kind
The staff at Heritage Hall North is very kind. I had a fine stay. My room was clean and I had a good view. The only thing I think they could improve on is answering the call bell a little quicker.
