They've been wonderful to her. I know she's in perfect hands.

I was in great need of rest upon arrival and requested a private room. I never had a roommate and I eventually had a private room. Comfortable environment, some especially compassionate nurses and PCA's took care of me. My wishes were respected and my family was able to be around me daily.

The physical therapy/occupational therapy. Staff is exceptional: 1. Clear direction. 2. Compassionate, caring staff. 3. Excellent ability to accommodate needs.

The nursing was great and on the ball. Food was excellent.

The food. The taste is bland. Either burnt rolls or flattened out toast. It is the preparation and the taste which really lacks.

I do not have electronic devices, so they have to call me on the telephone. I don't always know the most recent things that are going on. I have nobody to speak to directly in there. When I get somebody, they're very good about giving me some information eventually, but it's clearly not part of their usual job.

The nurses and CNA's that treated me were about the best. Your food that should have been hot would have been much better if it were.

My mom's rehab at Harrington Court was OK. The staff was good but my mom could not advocate herself and was after left alone in her room. There were times she wanted Kleenex, a soda or water and I worried she was not able to get what she needed. I received no day to day reports, just weekly.

My therapists were very understanding

I think that they've been doing excellent. Considering that they've kept the CoVid out of home for quite a while and they did a great job. They were concern with us. so they kept us safe as well. And when it was safe, they allowed my husband and I to go and visit my Mother.

My mother is difficult to get along with, so the thing is she is becoming sweeter and friendlier than when she was first in there. She didn't want to be there, but now she's comfortable.

Attitude of the therapist. Technical of the therapist.

The responsiveness of the evening and night nursing staff and assistants when I needed help. This was less existent with the day staff. The majority of staff and therapists were friendly, courteous and helpful. It would've been helpful to be told that each person was only allowed the walk in one's room only.

The dining experience was very good. Good variety. Good portions. Good menu.

The reason I went to your facility was "pulmonary" and I felt they did their best and I felt I learned a lot from the entire therapy [illegible]What did you like least about your stay? What could we improve?
Was not a good time to be to critical under the circumstances. I got there Feb. 29 to, left April 3. I felt my call light on several occasions it took longer than normal to get someone to answer

Excellent at controlling pain and bringing comfort. What did you like least about your stay? What could we improve?
One nurse was excellent. Overall it was the best home to rehab in after staying in four over the past 20 years. 1. Harrington Court (Best)

I liked the aides on first and second and one aide on third shift.

Michelin is superb at her job. So caring and able to get people to do what they need to do. Staff was excellent. Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy and speech did great in explaining the value of what therapy involved.

Therapy and my roommates company. Certified Nursing Assistants in the morning did a wonderful job helping me wash up.

The country kitchen was a good escape from the room. The 'Happy Hour' was fun and music just by 'Rambling Dan Stereo' was a boost as I love music!

 The girls did not let the dust stay on their shoes. They were always on the go and helping each other when needed.

The regular staff was always cheerful. Always wanting to help. Made me feel safe. Most employees went above and beyond what care I was expecting.

My roommate was my best experience. We became friends. 1st lunch wed. 7-10. Her family has made me feel, Welcomed When asked for something, it was brought shortly.What did you like least about your stay? What could we improve?
Coffee was not provided before breakfast. There should be a coffeemaker on each floor.

I Liked that some of the staff showed great compassion. The ability to get out into the courtyard was so helpful for my mental health. And the OT and PT people were amazingly knowledgeable and supportive as were many of the Aides.

T.V needs updating - having your roommates' sound from T.V. While watching your program is ridiculous - there should be earphone in some type of improvement.

I was thrilled that I chose Harrington Court for Rehab. Almost everyone had a smile. The Nursing staff and CNA'S are wonderful! The Housecleaning staff were awesome. Thank you all so much. The physical therapy department was exceptional. When I left I knew what to do to help myself. When the home visiting agency came in I didn't need the OT part. PT will come more when I can attempt the stairs. So a special thank you to all the great staff in PT. I could not be where I am today without your help.

The staff was great- very compassionate and helpful. The place was spotless. I expected odors but there were none. I was released much sooner than I expected and it was great to go home.
