I think that's the best place for anybody that needs to be there.

If they want a best care they should go there. The staff was wonderful and they treated you really nice.

 Other than I have been working closely with the social worker Amber on regarding my person who was there right now. She's been incredibly helpful and compassionate and proactive in bringing things to my attention. I'm very pleased with that.

The nurses have been very good. They always call me if there's an issue. They have been very good in keeping us notified over zoom. They always call or email us.

I'd rather go there again.

I just think they're wonderful. He had a private room and he had a view. The rehab staff are absolutely wonderful.

The television is too small. Everything was clean. If I rang the buzzer within minutes they'd be there.

They did a good job and I appreciate them for that.

The care was just top notch.

I think her physical therapy was phenomenal. They made her comfortable and very relaxed for such a traumatizing experience.

I really want to thank them for taking care of my aunt.

I'm very happy with his care. Every time I go see him he is well taken care of. He is well-dressed. I have no complain whatsoever.

The best person that I ran into was Todd Parent, the guy that manages hi floor. Anytime something went wrong they always call me. The lady at the desk I think her name is Sherry was really good. Right now he's in a wheelchair and he can't walk and I don't know why his physical therapy wasn't more stringent when he could walk.

I know that Donald is getting good care there and he is happy there and the staff is good to him.

From Covid restrictions and such, just limiting the ability, the options that they do have available to make accommodations, strict, the families visiting residents, their love ones, utilizing the options is I think the best option for families and residents.

It only has to do with the covid thing and that's temporary so it won't really be a complaint. I just wish I could take things to her, more pictures from home and stuff. They won't allow us to bring anything from home because of germs. If she send mails, it got stuck somewhere for awhile because they have to spray it. But like I said it's not their fault, they are just abiding their policies for the covid virus.

They did fantastic. They control everything during this pandemic.

I'm glad that the facility exists. My brother's living circumstances prior to moving in to Groton were terrible. He was living in facilities that largely serve alcoholics. He's an alcoholic when he has an opportunity to be one and he doesn't get much opportunity the way he lives at that facility. They keep him out of trouble and he doesn't seem to mind. I think he's happy to have a comfortable place to stay. He finds enough entertainment to keep him happy. I have worried for years about his living situation and now I no longer do.

The level of cleanliness in a per room basis needs to be improved significantly, when the cleaning staff comes in they need to actually clean and not just pick up the garbage cans. The carpets haven't been clean, I don't know if the curtains have been clean, it's their responsibility and I am not satisfied with that in any fashion. The sliding glass door to the back of the building malfunctioned and my mother had to go to the ER because she was caught between it. She is legally blind, there are no legally blind activities for her. The wallpaper that is falling off the wall and the carpets that are not clean. There is a water main break in the ceilings, those need to be repaired as well. The staff does their best but the food has also been mediocre at best.

They helped me and make her feel comfortable. They still call and asked hows she's doing. They were so thoughtful and I'm grateful with the care that they gave to her.

Everything was perfect. Everybody was nice and friendly.

They went above and beyond for my mother's needs to help find out what was causing her illness. That's it.

I left letters there when I left on how appreciate all the help I get from them.

They were just terrific from the nurses, to the aides, the PT and OT and everybody else, I can't say enough about them.

 I've used them quite often in the last little bit and they're always on a roll.

They were very nice.

They did their best, but the food was very awful. They should have more variations or choices because not all will like the food from dinner to breakfast, at least they have options. Other than that the care was really good.

I am happy with everything they do. They answered all my questions.

I think I gave 2 for collaboration for nurse and they're really good CNAs. I think there's good nurses and not so great nurses.

Staff was very receptive and was able to assist us in a timely manner.

I talked to the administrator there on a pretty regular basis and she's usually very prompt about taking care of my concerns. I would say that they've made progress in a lot of areas but there's still some progress that needs to be made.

They might do better with the food that they serve. Well, ideally a different menu maybe. Well, you know I'd like to see a different variety and breakfast and more ideal I would say.

 The transition of the facility was very good.

I really liked it there. They were very good to me like family.
