Glade Valley offers a wide array of rehabilitation services. Each of our residents participates in a comprehensive program developed and delivered by experts in the fields of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy and Therapeutic Recreation. Glade Valley also provides outpatient rehabilitation services which allows you or your loved one to follow up with the same therapist on an outpatient basis inpatient rehabilitation is complete. Glade Valley features Haven Court, a dedicated Dementia Unit. The design, staffing and activity plan at Haven Court provides security, comfort and care for your loved one, as well as peace of mind for you and your family.

He completed his internship training at Wykoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY and his residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry in Newark, NJ. Dr. Shah is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
