"This is my second time at Fox Hill and I will come back here any time I need a Skilled Nursing Facility. I joke around and have a good time with everyone." Ernest R.
"The customer service is very good, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rehab team is great. I haven't felt this good in a long time. I have nothing to even complain about! I would recommend Fox Hill to anyone." Mary W.
I know this is a difficult time for all of you and I want to express my Gratitude to everyone who are working at Fox Hill for the care they are providing my sister. They are all in my prayers every day hoping they and their families are safe and well. I realize this situation may go on for a long time yet, but I am so Blessed to know she is in a place where she feels safe, and knows the staff. Her safety and comfort during this challenging time is always on my mind, but knowing she is getting the best care that can be provided at this time, is a great comfort to me and my family. I appreciate that the staff keeps me informed of any change, or issue that may arise, as well as allowing me to express my concerns. Bet Regards, Tricia S.
I feel 10 years younger!
I unexpectedly enjoyed my time spent at Fox Hill Center. The Nursing Staff and all of the Therapists were excellent. And I feel 10 years younger than I have felt in years. If ever needed, I would go back in a flash.

A wonderful second home
Being at Fox Hill during these trying times has made it more bearable and even at times, happy. The nurses and aides brought health to me. Recreation brought joy and fun-filled times. P.T. is helping to give me back the use of my legs. Dietary feeds me with delicious food. Fox Hill is a wonderful second home.

Great care and communication
Many thanks to you and other staff at Fox Hill Center, notably the Business Office Manager, Social Worker, Supervisor, Nurse and others for all of the professional assistance provided for our brother, Marshall. I am very pleased with the communication and transparency that Fox Hill Staff provided on my brother's progress during the past few months. Marshall's improvement would not have been possible without a professional and caring staff that exist at Fox Hill Center. Our family are very appreciate of everything done for Marshall and all of the patients residing at the Center during this difficult time with the current pandemic. The staff's ability to adjust and protect Fox Hill Center patients is outstanding. The ability to Zoom with Marshall weekly has been a blessing for him and the family. Thanks a bunch to the staff at Fox Hill for your assistance.
- Elmer and Sylvia B.
Treated like family
My stay of 14 days at Fox Hill was like living with a large family. Everyone was so kind and helpful to me. I was treated like family. If I need this again in the future I would like to return to Fox Hill and my friends. Thanks to everyone, you are truly wonderful workers and friends.
- Shirley O.
I am so thankful for the professional care that you and your staff gave our brother, Marshall B., while in your care. Without the help you all gave him, things could have turned out different. Thank you for letting us connect with Marshall each week by Zoom, that was a big help to everyone. It let us see his progress from week to week. Thanks to everyone at Fox Hill for your great care.
- William B. Jr
We are grateful
Thank you so much for taking care of Marshall B. I know the care that he got from Fox Hill saved his life. We are grateful that zoom calls were set up for us, otherwise we would not have been able to see Marshall and track his progress. Being able to see our brother weekly helped him to get better. Everyone's kindness and care was much appreciated.
Great place to go
Fox Hill Center was a great place to go, food, people, nurses, Dr. Sharma, great doctor. The food was very good, Staff pleasant. Was glad I picked Fox Hill, nice clean environment. Thanks to all who took care of me.

I would recommend
I have had 2 unsuccessful stays at Skilled Nursing Facilities previously. So to say I was apprehensive to go to another, goes without saying. I was so happy that I had come to Fox Hill Center. I was greeted by the nicest nurse, my C.N.A. was sweet and bubbly. All my nurses and C.N.A's were friendly and attentive. The food was good and flavorful. Therapy got me stronger and kept my legs exercised. All the precautions that were taken with staff wearing appropriate PPE was understandable and necessary. My room was comfortable, but the pillows weren't. I would recommend Fox Hill Center to anyone-5 star!
- Lynda M., Short-term Resident on AOU
Thank you all
My mother has been there since February 2019 and is very happy there. They have been keeping the families up to speed with everything that is going on at the facility during this awful pandemic. I know the staff does their best with what is going on at all times. The doctor on staff is fabulous as well. Thank you all from my family and myself.

Testimonial Tuesday from our Medical Director
I have been the Medical Director at Fox Hill Center for over Twenty-five (25) years. The long-term care industry in nursing homes has seen many changes, and have had to overcome many obstacles throughout its history and has always been able to adapt. Over the last several years the nursing home industry has had to navigate regulatory compliance, economic shifts and shortfalls and staffing crisises. Flu season challenges us every year as well as MRSA and other 'super bugs'. Nothing however, prepared the industry for what would begin to occur around the United States in 2020. COVID-19 has challenged us as well as the rest of the world. The infectious virus has destroyed the lives of millions of people and none has been hit harder than those that reside in nursing homes. Fox Hill Center, like the rest of the world had been stretched to its limit with personal protective equipment (PPE), staffing resources and cleaning supplies. Fox Hill Center has persevered, and upon the strength of its staff, residents and families have fought back. Leadership refused to allow this disease to defeat them. Thay have implemented directed infection control protocols to protect the facility from COVID-19, such as daily screening, an internal lab with Antigen POC testing capabilities and a stategic stockpile of PPE. Facility leadership meets at least twice per month to review their Infection Control protocols and procedures to see if there are any areas for improvement or trends that need further investigation. Fox Hill has adapted, learned and prepared itself to fight this insidious virus.
- Girsh Sharma, MD Medical Director, Fox Hill Center
A Testimonial to the Families at Fox Hill Center
There is no doubt that 2020 has been a very challenging year. More so for the families of our Residents who have missed there loved ones birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, and especially every day visits. We at Fox Hill Center feel so supported by our families. Their constant "thank yous for what you are doing for my mom, dad, sister, whom ever we are caring for, has not gone unnoticed by our dedicated staff.
In this season to be thankful, we are very thankful for our Fox Hill Families. Fox Hill Strong, we love our Residents and their Families
We want to acknowledge the caring, kindness and efficient team work of Fox Hill's Staff. It is clear to us how they work as a family. They treat all the residents with Compassion and Dignity. It is a pleasure to walk into a facility and you can hear laughter in the halls. They have room's and hallway's decorated by all, for the residents that call this home. It is evident to us that it helps boost the morale of the staff. Happy Holidays

Extremely accommodating staff
Placing a parent in a Skilled Nursing Facility is difficult for any family. Throw in the COVID 19 pandemic only added to that difficulty. Our mother was in need of 24/7 care so we reached out to Fox Hill. From the time of our first call to the current day, we have nothing but positive thoughts with not only the care of our loved one, but also the help/ great advice we received (necessary paperwork and financial questions) at the start. The staff has been extremely accommodating to answer all of our questions and to help where possible. Communication with the staff is a five star in our book. Special thanks to the Admissions Director with assisting my large family and helping us communicate with our mother during the pandemic.
