Is there anyone you would like us to recognize that made your stay special? I appreciate that the staff is taking extra steps, like my mom was a big book reader and lost hearing and her sight, so they try to read to her as much as possible and I appreciate those extra activities and time spent. They're trying their best to get my mom a good quality of life experience.
