With fourteen years of experience under her belt, Kelly's career as a nurse has been nothing short of remarkable. Since joining Genesis Healthcare in 2012, she's worn multiple hats within the organization, seamlessly transitioning from the hands-on care of a floor nurse to the leadership roles of unit manager and assistant director of nursing. Her commitment to excellence and passion for patient care have left an indelible mark on all those she has worked with.
Beyond the facilities walls, Kelly's world revolves around her loving family. For twenty-seven wonderful years, she's shared her life with her devoted husband, Jimmy "Jay" Ragan. Together, they've raised two incredible boys, Chase and Tucker, who bring boundless joy and laughter into their home.

A feeling of pride
When I was in the hospital, I did not think it would ever be possible for me to ever walk again. However, once coming to Cypress Cove, the therapists there set goals for me to walk and be able to dress and groom myself. At the end of my stay, I am happy to announce that I walked out of Cypress Cove (with the help of my walker) and a feeling of pride because I can now live independently. I would like to send a special thank you to the nurses, cnas, and staff at Cypress Cove for taking such great care of me while I was there and helping me to exceed all of my goals.

Recent Testimonial:
I wanted to take the time to thank the staff of Cypress Cove for taking such great care of my mother. My mother speaks very little English and prominently speaks Hindi. However, the staff got out of their comfort zone and used interpreter services, made cue cards with a photo of an image with both the English and Hindi words on them, and involved myself to make sure that my mother felt comfortable.

Keeping my mother happy and healthy
Ms. Moore stated that when people asked me how I felt about my mother being in a skilled nursing facility during this pandemic, I said with great confidence that I miss my mother terribly, but I don't worry about her because of the care that I know she is receiving at Cypress Cove! The Nurses, CNAs, and other staff always do the best that they can to make sure that my mother is not only healthy but happy as well.
