This is unquestionably the biggest vaccination effort ever undertaken. The vaccine will help protect both staff and the vulnerable patients and residents they care for and prevent further tragedies. Steve McKinley
Center Executive DirectorSteve began his professional career in long-term care and has been an administrator for 28 years. His experience and leadership has helped make him successful in all types and sizes of facilities, including providing multi-site responsibility. Steve earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach. His upbringing has led him to serve others, which he has done throughout his career. Steve came to Crestview in January of 2010.

Robin Beavers
Center Nurse ExecutiveRobin came to Crestview in March 2018. She initially obtained her LPN license and worked as a Transitional Care and Critical Care Nurse. Later she went on to obtain her RN license and was the recipient of the Star Fish Award given by Kentucky One Health. Robin's career in Long-Term Care and Skilled Rehab, as well as dialysis, has consisted of positions as staff nurse, Director of Clinical Education and Staff Development. Robin has held ACLS & NIH certification and currently holds TPN, BLS and BLS Instructor certifications.

Suanne Schmuck
Admissions DirectorSuanne joined Crestview in August of 2007 as the Director of Admissions and Marketing. She has more than 20 years of experience in business and marketing. Suanne is a lifelong resident of Shelbyville and is proud to be a representative of Crestview.

Kathy Craigmyle
Rehabilitation Program DirectorKathy received her Associate of Applied Science degree as a PTA in 1997. She continued her education and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing in 2001. Kathy began practicing physical therapy both clinically and administratively in a variety of settings before coming to Crestview in 2007 as the Rehabilitation Director. Kathy guides a professional staff of therapists and assistants to provide rehabilitation to return residents and patients to their maximum functional abilities.

WE APPRECIATE YOU! My family appreciates the love, care and compassion demonstrated toward my mom when she was at Crestview. It was such a blessing having my mother at Crestview Center. It gave us such peace knowing she was safe and well cared for. You are all Heroes!

Best staff
Just a note to let you know your staff are the best!! Special thanks to the therapy staff, they are miracle workers. Their skill, enthusiasm and patience produced excellent results. Also, much thanks to the nursing staff. They were always helpful, professional, kind and treated my mom with respect. We would highly recommend Crestview to anyone needing rehab or a permanent residence. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!
