It was great they treated me fine and my needs are met. I have good things there and it was great.

Just that I've always been pleased with their care of her. They go out of their way to be compassionate. God bless you all.

Through this whole pandemic, they have been amazing. They have zoom calls, and they're doing it three times a week. They're all so informative and transparent. I am overly impressed with them all. It's a great place.

Overall, we were very satisfied with her stay there.

The facility is wonderful. They were very compassionate and dedicated to the residents.

I've been to 5 rehab facilities and this is the best I've been at.

He had a very good experience there. Everybody was so nice. They were helpful. They went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable.

They were fantastic. They are very polite and very friendly. They met all my needs. That's it.

I feel the they were short staffed as things were not available. It was not a good experience overall. I didn't enjoy the food. It wasn't prepared well because it was medium rare. They don't have a menu but only 2 selections.

It's hard not being in there. They're doing the best they can under difficult circumstances with Covid breaking out again all over the place. One thing my sister complains about is the food and there are certain dietary restrictions that she has and certain things she doesn't eat. They don't always honor that.

I don't think they took care of her the way they should.

My biggest concern is that I noticed that things are going missing. I went there 1 day and her clothes were not hers.

My brother sometimes complains on how long it takes to get something done. He's totally relying on the staff. Sometimes he sits forever. Throughout this whole pandemic, Troy and his staff were outstanding. I can't thank them enough for what they did, and I hope they're all well.

I know their work is hard. I don't want to down them from what they do. I know everybody has a hard job to do there and I bless them all. And I pray for them as also as I pray for the patients.

No. The only thing is they messed my billing up and I have to call them and try to get that workout.

I think the laundry situation is not satisfactory. Things missing.

I would like to visit more often.

They should put out a menu for the food they serve on a weekly basis. Nobody knows what you would get until you get served. It's really a guessing game. The staff answered sarcastically sometimes.

There is a lot to be done to improve their service.

They need to work on their staff and how they treat people. I did everything I could possibly do to get out of there.

They really need to work on their food. They told us about therapy, but nothing happened over the weekends. There was this one exceptional staff from there and he's like a helper from there. I forgot his name, but he was so good to us.

I don't have enough with most of the shower times. I just want privacy with the room and they should add more of it.

I didn't have a problem with the place.

The people who are there need to interact more with the residents as most are sitting in. They should have more conversations and activities with the residents.

The food was always cold. When you press the button for assistance to go to the commode it would take them too long to come.

The people were excellent. The staff were warm-friendly people. I didn't deal with the administrator part. The food was terrible. That was the biggest part that wasn't good in that facility.

He needed help with somebody who is bilingual to translate to him what was happening there on the daily basis, and I believe there's somebody there, but she was very rude. She would decline to help, and there were a lot of misunderstandings because of the language barrier. He was in a diabetic diet, but he was fed with meals that were not meeting his diet.

They probably should have better people in there that have more compassion. I am not talking about the nurses, I'm talking about the people that work with the nurses, the aides that there should be some at night shift that have more compassion because day shift is way different than any other shift.

Worst food I've ever had in my life because of the taste and they don't know how to cook it.

I think they had to make a little bit searching on patients' personal things. I know he had a lot of trouble sleeping at night due to a lot of noise at night. That's what he always complained about . I know he was satisfied with the food. He was very happy that they allowed him to smoke. To me, I think they took good care of him. I just wished they gave him blanket to sleep because they never gave him anything to sleep with. The place was clean. They were very cooperative with the things we asked. I think whatever the problem, they handled it very well.

The social services team could be more helpful to the families when they're discharging these patients. Once these insurance companies say that this is the last date of their stay, they stop working. They don't wanna work or help you and assist you in any way with your needs. I've had to call these doctors to give additional things that should've been setup when she got home. They could train their nursing staff a little bit better. The CNAs were horrible. They had bad attitude and unprofessional. They brought their personal lives into the patients and I thought it was very unprofessional.

The physical therapy was really excellent. They got my mother back on track. The only complaint she had was the food. It was really bad.

They need to improved their food and they need to have more staff at night.

Just they should have a younger section because I could get around. I'm not at risk. I don't have to have a monitor in my ankle. I came in, I should have been able to use a walker. I could use the bathroom. I want to get out as quickly as possible. They told me originally I'd be there two weeks. I couldn't take it. I was like you got to get me out this week, so that's why they rushed it along which is good so I'm getting home care now.
