Sincere gratitude
It seems to me that people generally do not take the time to express their gratitude as they once did. I think that is wrong—especially when you have extraordinary members of your team who are all deserving of recognition. Not because they are courteous and professional, although those would be reason enough, but because of their heart. I am the wife of a 57-year-old patient who has been in and out of hospitals and rehab facilities for 7 months now. I have seen how he has been forgotten and mistreated at other facilities in the past. I thought I could never find a facility with heart, but Cranbury Center has changed all that. I must say that the entire staff’s commitment and capacity to care for their patients is reminiscent of an earlier history when such attributes were the norm and not the exception. Unlike the brusque, sometimes non-existent “bedside manner” that is frequently associated with Rehab/Long Term Care facilities, yours demonstrates an extraordinary compassion for others. The staff’s active engagement in my husband’s well-being has done far more than provide him with a clean, safe environment. They try, as much as is possible, to give him any semblance of normalcy. Their compassion and genuine empathy mean the world to me after such a long 7-month journey. They are helping me to consider possible beneficial options that may bring a measure of comfort for the remainder of his mortal existence. Nothing is more debilitating than despair. Like a lighted candle in a dark room, the staff at Cranbury Center gives me peace of mind that my husband is being well taken care of, even when all looks bleak. For this, I will be forever grateful, and never will I forget their compassion. Forever in your debt, I APPLAUD you all ~ Nurses: Nita, Olena, Joan, Yolanda, Mary; All Assistants (especially Jackie); Admission Coordinator: Cara ; Social Workers; Business Office Manager: Rebecca; AND those I forgot to mention but have gone above and beyond, I sincerely apologize (I’m working on little to no rest and have forgotten names)! I will always remember the outstanding dedication and genuine caring all of you gave my husband, as well as myself and have witnessed you all give to so many people. Thank you and God Bless you all!

You are our everyday heroes
Our family Member, Graelynn McKeown checked into Cranbury center on Facebook and writes "Thank you, Ray, Cheryl and the entire staff at Cranbury Center for ensuring my mom and all the residents are staying safe during this pandemic. You are working around the clock, there morning through evening and into the weekends - we see you. I love that you over-communicate with twice a day Zoom updates plus 1:1 Zoom calls with our loved ones. You have gone above and beyond CDC recommendations and for that, I am grateful. You are our everyday heroes and we look forward to the day we can thank you in person. Stay safe and healthy!

From a Google Review
It's a very difficult time in healthcare and Cranbury made it so much better. First of all they were very transparent about their efforts and history with Corona. I was happy to find them Covid free, very clean, and preventative. The Admission Director Cara helped put my mind at ease and was a resource during my Mom's whole stay. Our Social Worker Gowri was supportive and set us up with a great plan for care at home after rehab. The Activity Director Christine was a blessing helping us with video chats on days we couldn't visit. Even the Executive Director takes time out of his day, even on Saturday and Sunday to host zoom calls for families to get updates. Thanks to the awesome nurses, aides, and rehab team!

Wonderful support
I would very much like to thank Christine Yu (Recreation Director) for all her wonderful support to our family during these trying months. My mother is a resident at the Cranbury Center. Mrs. Yu has been a link between my mother who does not see or hear well, and our family. Due to her disabilities Zoom or outdoor socially distanced visits are not possible. She has kept an eye on my mother, aided our communication, and has kept us updated. We cannot express how important this has been for us. We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge her dedication. We would also like to thank the entire staff of the Cranbury Center for all their efforts during this time.

Phenomenal Care
I just love everyone there, they take phenomenal care of my husband. He has fragile health and became sick with pneumonia during this pandemic. Cranbury Center nursed him back to health, he never contracted the Corona Virus and made a complete recovery. They have kept me well informed about his care and the daily operations. We just visited and he looks healthy and happy, bottom line.

Attentive nurses with great personalities
My dad John was recently there twice within a few months. Every time I called to check on him I was spoken to kindly and professionally and not one nurse seemed bothered by my call. They answered all my questions thoroughly. I myself am a Nurse and know what it is like . He is a big fall risk and they tackled that problem immediately. His Nurses were good. One of his Nurses Maggie was Awesome she was great with Dad. He got a kick out of her great personality.. Due to Covid I never actually saw the inside of the facility so I can't comment on that. What I can say is Dad was cared for well and he liked the staff. I would not hesitate sending him back again if needed.
