Happy, clean and pleasant
I dragged my feet to come to a SNF. I was an LNA for many years and have worked in nursing facilities. I was insistent on going home to my own apartment but I caved because my mom had to help other family members…I don’t have any regrets.
My care has been great. The facility is very homey when you walk in and that made me feel so comfortable. Everything is clean. The residents are happy. The staff is pleasant. I enjoy watching how the staff interacts with the residents. I know this isn’t easy work but the staff never show frustration or irritation when interacting with the patients. I especially appreciate Yvonne (LNA), Crystal (LPN) and Christine (PTA). Even when my food tray has been delivered, it doesn’t matter who is delivering it they always ask me if I need anything else or if I’m happy with what has been served.
I know this all seems like basic things but it has set my mind at ease and made me feel so comfortable. I truly appreciate everyone’s help.
Thank you all so much for your care, humor, kindness and amazing ability to take time from your busy schedule when you saw I was having a true crisis. It’s truly been a pleasure to work with you.
I would give this facility 5 stars!
I would give this facility 5 stars! Everybody has been very nice to me. Yvonne (LNA) was extra nice to me and I really appreciate that because I know it wasn't required of her!

Treated like a queen
Dear Nurses & Aides: Just wanted to express our appreciation of the excellent care which you gave to my mother, Leone. In case you didn’t hear, she said the day before she passed that you treated her like a queen. It doesn’t get much better than that. Your kindness, attentiveness and caring meant so much to all of us. Thank you! Our prayers are with you at this stressful time. Hope you are all well and stay healthy. Also thanks to Cheryl, Kara & Jessica.
