Dr. Thomas Wulf
Medical DirectorDr. Wulf is board certified in family medicine, board eligible emergency medicine. Graduated from Central America health science university Med school 2003 and family medicine residency at university of New Mexico in 2006. Jose Jaime
Director of Rehabilitative ServicesJose Jaime, our Director of Rehabilitative Services, has been a key employee since 2000. He is a COTA by trade. He plays a key role in our facility's success due to his calming nature and ability to provide rehabilitation services to the most difficult residents needing services. He is also bilingual and able to assist when needed. His department has amazing success rates and high outcomes with the residents they treat.
