I did enjoy staying there but nobody ever told why I was there. I was surprised knowing when I got home.

There were some really good nurses and then there were some nurses that need to relearn compassion and empathy.

My only concern is that someone stole the power chord for scooter.  That's it. Overall we are pretty satisfied with the care that he gets.

It's very difficult of this survey because it's been essentially 8 months since the lock. Because of the difficulty of access of the facility. Which is no fault to theirs. And so most of my questions are kind of referring to pre-CoVid, because you asked some details that are not visible anymore.

No. Everything is being taken care of quite naturally.

Other than the staff is very outstanding and because of their staff, that's why my parents are there.

The facility itself I appreciate what a lot of them do. Under this circumstances I think that they really tried to make changes. I hope the food area could improve.

No, they were great especially the nurse.

Everything is good. It's just hard to reach people by phone, so I've just gone to emailing them. Sometimes you just wanna talk to someone.

They are doing a fantastic job in keeping my loved one safe there. I feel that it's very safe in that facility.

The Covid play's a big role in the ability to do a lot of the question asked unable to judge.

TV issues - TV never works.

Laundry - not getting some of my clothes back. Housekeeping does very well for me. Activities does very well for me.

Continuity of care - the staff that we know are excellent - but so many others I don't know and they don't know my needs. I miss the people she (illegible). No family is involve. I don't talk to management.

Activities is  good. CNA is good. Laundry is  good.

People who work here are good. I enjoy everyone.

The staff went out of their way to help him, and we're very pleased.

The nurses and techs that I had working with me daily made me feel like I had family because my family couldn't come in.

The food was excellent and the care was excellent.

I appreciate the good care that they gave to me.

They were very helpful and kind to me. I like it when you communicate with people with a sense of humor.

I think they could have push her to do some activities. I think she didn't get enough rehab there.

No. PT and OT did a good job.

They need to plan ahead for the discharge because I still haven't got my walker.

There's good things and bad things to be said. There's always room for improvement .

I think the facility did a great job, most especially the staff. I'd like to commend the social services especially, Elizabeth. She was really good.

She complains about the food all the time. It's more like her general concern.

Everything was pretty good. When you ask for help, it takes a lot of time mostly with the night shift crews to respond. They should upgrade on their responses.

Everybody from every department treated me well. The food was good. I can say overall they are really good to me and the stay there was gentle and kind.
