Care Haven Center is conveniently located on Route 9 by the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, West Virginia. We are proud of the care and services we provide to our patients and residents. We provide Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitative Care for patients for ShortStay Rehabilitation or LongTerm Care. Our Center offers a wide range of amenities such as a cafe, restaurant-style dining, continental breakfast, free internet and telephone service, TV/cable, Nintendo Wii and full range of activity programs seven days a week.

Janel Tomlinson
Director of RehabilitationJanel joined the Genesis Rehab team 2013 and became Director of Rehab in September 2019. Since graduating from Blue Ridge CTC in 2013 with her degree as a physical therapist assistant, she enjoys working with the geriatric population to assist patients with achieving their therapy goals.
Carrington Brady
Director of Marketing and AdmissionsCarrington is a lifelong resident of Berkeley County from Inwood, WV. She graduated from Musselman High School and attended Blue Ridge Community College where she studied Business Management. Her career with Genesis started in Medical Records at Canterbury Center in Shephardstown. She transitioned to Care Haven Center as Director of Admissions and Marketing in Feb 2023.
Carrington is most excited to be a resource to her community and help make a difference in the lives of patients, residents, and families. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her husband Bradon and their yellow lab, Ryder.
Dr. Miranda Albaugh
Medical DirectorDr. Albaugh graduated from the West Virginia University School of Medicine in 2004. She works in Martinsburg, WV and specializes in Family Medicine and Surgery.
Zeny Rose Manongdo
Director of NursingMabuhay! Zeny Rose grew up in the Philippines and completed her Bachelor and Masters degree in Nursing in the Philippines. Zeny Rose migrated to the US in 2016 and started her nursing career in 2017 at Genesis. She became the Director of Nursing at Care Haven Center in 2022.
Zeny Rose is passionate about caring and giving Quality of Life to her residents and their families. She is motivated to be a nurse model to her colleagues and working on striving to be the great leader which she is now! In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and having karaoke time with her friends.
Sara Baker
Nurse Practice Educator - Infection PreventionistSara is a lifelong resident of Berkeley County from Martinsburg, WV. She graduated from Martinsburg High School. Sara has been in healthcare for 19 years. She started her career as a certified nursing assistant in 2004, obtained her Licensed Practical Nursing degree from James Rumsey Technical College in 2008 and then received her BSN/RN at Shepherd University in 2016. She has been with Genesis at Care Haven since 2021.
Sara looks forward to each day in her role as nurse educator and enjoys spending time with her residents and her fellow employees. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her two sons, Maverick who is 9 and Maddox who is 3. She loves the beach, spending time with her friends and attending church at Airborne.
Amanda Gageby
Social WorkerAmanda has been practicing social work for over 18 years. She received an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Shepherd University and a graduate degree from Mountain State University. Amanda is dedicated to helping the members of her community receive the services and care they need. When Amanda isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her family and her fur babies.
