During my recent severe illness the staff treated my wife and myself with extreme compassion which I can deeply appreciate of.

They were excellent with their care. They took care of me and came to my needs. They help me whenever I ask them and they serve me well.

The best thing about the place was the therapy. I like the therapist.

They are very good especially the therapist. They treated me well there and tried making better.

The director  has an outstanding communication to all family members. Person, who admitted him was excellent. The one in charge of the east wing, is excellent. She goes above and beyond with my brother. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is. There's another worker that has contact with my brother, Nursing Assistant and she's excellent also. She cares about my brother. She shows him attention that he needs. Receptionist who answers the phone and she's the front desk person, and she's also excellent, very compassionate, very nice and very welcoming.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with everything. Even during and prior of this pandemic

I'm concerned about their visitation procedures this December. I'm stationed on the West coast and will be coming home this December so I would like to know how to proceed. That's it.

I think they are doing their job under the circumstances of the pandemic. They've been doing pretty good. And I'd give them a thumbs up for that. But when it's over, I just pray that they can hire more people and more people would be able to come out and just help the elderly.

I'm very pleased based on my experienced. His needs were being met and he seems to have a very good relation with the staff who were very courteous and helpful.

Everyone is always so positive. I think what The Administrator is doing with the zoom meetings and the letter that is posted online, I think that's excellent.   The activities director  actually comes to my sister's room with the tablet for me to see her and speak with her because I haven't seen her since last Christmas and I can't come because of the pandemic. Lots of concerns that I have had when I have gotten no results, I asked her and then it seemed to be taken care of. The maintenance man, I had bought my sister a flat screen TV. and had it shipped there from Pittsburg. He right away took care of it and had it installed. These are things important to me because I'm not there. I'm extremely pleased with the facility for those things. Things I'm not pleased about is my sister, she's mentally and physically challenged so she has trouble with her telephone trying to call out. I can't get her for a whole day. Then I do call the main desk and then get connected to the nurse's station and they tell me they gonna check it but the next day I still can't reach her.

I think they just need to do something on how the family members can visit their loved one. Overall I love that facility. They always call me if they will do something or something happens to her.

The only thing I like to tell you is, they're really great about giving me updates on what's going on. I never have any questions about it and I don't worry about because they let me know how he's doing, His needs or he needs more clothes I get it for him in a timely manner. They've been great. I'm very happy with them.

They took excellent care to my sister. They're very communicative and they keep us informed

I'm very happy with the way they're taking care of her. They do a great job.

The staff does a really good job with her. They like her, they interact with her really well and she's difficult sometimes to interact with, so that's what makes me comfortable with her being there.

It was okay. It's not the best, but the rehab was really good.

No. They are doing a great job.

I appreciate all they did for my mother and I think they tried to help us in anyway they possibly could. The head nurse was wonderful to us.

The therapy was good and I'd like to thank them personally.

It's a beautiful place and I would recommend them to anybody. The people there made me feel like I was at home. I was very happy with my experience.

I'd like the whole team to know that I appreciated them. Everybody was very professional and everybody did a great job.

She was in good hands. The staff were extremely kind and helpful to her. I can't say enough about it.

I'm very happy that she's taken care of, and that's the biggest thing that I care about.

They need more activities.

Additional comments you would like the Center team to know?
I love the nurse that brought me into the nursing facility, she was the best nurse I had and I had no complaints about her and she was like family to me. All the nurses took very good care of me , but two are my favorites. They need improvement on some of their food, but overall I had a very good experience.

They were pretty good there. He had good care. We were satisfied with everything. There wasn't any bad experience over there.

That's actually the third time she was there. I think her care went very good because I didn't hear any complaints from her. We just wanted them to know that we would like to get some of her clothes that she left there.

I just like to say thank you to Burlington woods for the care they gave me and I would recommend them to anybody else.
