Ron Inglis
Center Executive DirectorRon is a Licensed Skilled Nursing Administrator since 1994 with over 25 years of experience in the industry. He has been the Center Executive Director at The Brackenville Center for the past 4 years. A proud graduate of Goldie-Beacom University, Ron has lived in the state of Delaware most of his life and enjoys going to the beach with his wife in his down time. His favorite part of caring for the residents and their families is that “no matter the day you’re having, the residents can help change your perspective.”

Dr. Ritu Rastogi
Medical DirectorWe have made tremendous progress in this pandemic. Our facility’s sole focus is patients and their safety. With help of the Delaware Public Health we have created and strictly followed protocols to ensure the safety of our residents. All staff are tested on a weekly basis regardless of symptomatology. We continue to allow structured visitation both inside and outside of the facilities to prevent the spread of the virus. Our facilities have plenty of PPE to care for the patients and limit risk to both the staff and the residents.

Deb Brawders
Center Nurse ExecutiveDeborah Brawders, a graduate from Cecil Community College has been a Registered Nurse since 1990 and a dedicated Genesis Employee for 10 years. Her motivation to care for the patients at Brackenville stems from a seriously deep passion she has had her entire career. She not only enjoys the challenging genre from a nursing stand point, but enjoys the appreciation from the patients and their families every day. When she is not caring for the patients at the Brackenville Center, she is spending time with her three lovely children and finding some R&R on the beach.

Caroline O’Neill-Bickel
Admissions DirectorCaroline started as a Certified Recreational Therapist in the industry in 2012 graduating from Temple University. Caroline calls Pennsylvania her home although prefers working in the state of Delaware, “home of tax-free shopping.” She loves working for the staff and residents living at the Brackenville Center because she likes helping families and patients find a safe environment where they can feel confident in their care and know that they are in a supportive space to call home.

Michael Chalfont
Director of RehabilitationMike graduated from Mt. Aloysius College with a concentration in Neuro Orthopedic Surgeries. He has over 30 years of experience working in rehabilitative science and has spent the last 4 years servicing the patients at The Brackenville Center. “Being able to see the satisfaction from the patients and their family members” is Mike’s favorite part of his day. When Mike is not treating clients at the center he is watching The Eagles or traveling with his wife.
Appreciate the kindness
I really appreciate the kindness and all the help that was given to me. Made friends and will never forget them and now able to walk out on my own. Thank you!
