Lisa S. Noya, MD, FACP, CMD
Medical DirectorDr. Lisa Noya is certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine and has a Fellowship in the American College of Physicians. Dr. Noya also has certification in Medical Directorship by The American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine. Her group, The Four Humours Healthcare, has a mission to provide exceptional, quality healthcare to patients in New Mexico through the practice of evidence based medicine. In light of the potential harm the pandemic poses for nursing home residents in particular, Dr. Noya is vigilant in ensuring the safety and health of Genesis Healthcare’s patients. Felicia Lovato, RN
Director of NursingFelicia began her healthcare journey in 2002 as a caregiver. She then became a CNA in 2016 while learning all there is to learn before beginning her journey as an RN in 2017. She is extremely enthusiastic about patient care and strives to maintain a healthy work environment for all nursing staff here at Belen Meadows. She has experience in several Geriatric settings where she has grown an understanding and appreciation for the community.
Alejandra Harper
Director of MarketingAllie’s journey in healthcare began in 2016, where she developed her passion for the Geriatric community. She both professionally and personally strives to accommodate each and every patient with the care needed. She has experienced various aspects of skilled nursing and is always willing to better the costumer experience with the understanding that circumstances may be stressful. Her goal is to care for her community and maintain a great relationship with her team.
Billie Jo Padilla, COTA/L
Director of RehabilitationBillie Jo graduated with Honors from Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell, with Associates of Science in Occupational Therapy. She has been with the company since 2009 and has been with Belen Meadows since 2015. She brings over 20 years of experience to Belen Meadows having been an Occupational Therapy Assistant for 17 years and Director of Rehab for the last 5 years. She has a fierce focus on doing what is clinically appropriate for our residents who receive therapy services at Belen Meadows.
