AdministratorTsega is responsible for the oversight of the facility which provides nursing care and rehabilitative services. Tsega joined Genesis Health Care in September 2002 and has held various positions in both personnel and management areas during the past Seventeen years. “Tsega is devoted to caring for others and providing quality of service.”
Dr. James Agresti, Sr.
Medical DirectorDr. Agresti is the Medical Director at Arbor Glen Center for over 25 years. He attended Seton Hall University and KirksvilleCollege of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a Board Certified by ABOFP in Family Practice, Board Certified by AMDA, a member of the Society of Post Acute and Long Term Care Medicine, a member of Osteopathic Society, has practiced in Primary Care Medicine in Nutley, New Jersey for 50 years. He has privileges at Clara Maass Medical Center, Mountainside Hospital, and St Michael Medical Center. He has 2 children one is also a doctor, 3 grandchildren that he adores and he loves to ski.
Maribel Malig, RN, BSN
Director of NursingMaribel Malig, RN, BSN, joined Arbor Glen Family in November 2019. Maribel has 28 years of experience in Sub-acute and Long term care settings. She is dedicated and committed to providing the highest quality of care and services to our patients and residents.
Nemesia Munoz
Director of Admissions and MarketingNemesia with over 20 years of experience within the Genesis family of healthcare facilities she is now the Director of Marketing and Admissions at Arbor Glen Center in Cedar Grove, NJ since 2017. From her earliest role as a Unit Secretary in one of the Genesis facility she also worked as a Floating Admission Coordinator. She has and is continually striving to reach excellence in her work. Currently, Nemesia provides a social connection between Arbor Glen and the rest of the community. She facilitates smooth transitions for clients, maintains close relationships with their families, and ensures that the residents are satisfied with their care. She is also a proud loving mun and grandmother to Hunter.
Lenny Vega, PTA
Director of RehabilitationLenny has been a PTA for 25 years and with the Genesis family for 9 years. Lenny has extensive experience in all areas of Physical Therapy. Those areas include Acute Care, Sub Acute Care, Long Term Care, and Outpatient Orthopedics. On the weekends Lenny works with at risk youth in the City of Passaic along with the Passaic Police Juvenile Division. Lenny also is an active member of his church and a Eucharistic Minister and sits on the Saint Catherine of Sienna Council. Lenny is also a Gulf War Veteran and has served this country honorably. Now Lenny continues to serve his country, his community and his patients with the same type of distinction, with honor.

Our stay at Arbor Glen Center has been a pleasure. I say "our" because the staff treated both of us like family. Rehab staff encouraged Bill every day. They always challenged him to meet new goals, while remaining positive and they kept me informed on all progress. I look forward to bringing Bill home today. He has done great at Arbor Glen Center. We will miss our new family and friends.

All staff morning and afternoon are great.
I had a wonderful experience with Arbor team. Everyone from Rehab, Nursing, and Housekeeping staff is excellent, but I have a favorite. My nurse Giselle,... she's compassionate, knowledgeable, and helpful. Well, I take that back, all staff morning and afternoon are great.

Arbor Glen is the best place for my mom.
Arbor Glen is the best place for my mom. Excellent Staff and wonderful caring nurses and therapists. Debbie the Social Worker is a sweetheart, she calls me of any kind of issue. All the way from Recreation, Housekeeping, Dietary, and other workers all in all it's a 5 Stars.
The courtyard is a beautiful place to come to see my mom. And the ZOOM meetings helped ease my mind and give the chance to see her as if we're here. I am very grateful to have you guys caring for her as if she were your own family. I am glad that I choose Arbor Glen for my mom.

What rehab should be about
Most of all the experience was terrific. I want to single out the high quality of the Physical Therapy staff and its attentiveness to the needs of my condition required. Their careful attention to my damaged ribs made the prospect of healing more possible and the focus on aspects of homecare on my own more realistic. Also to be commended is the Admissions Office and its service oriented outreach to myself and my family. If ever there was a true representation of the spirit of what rehab should be about, this is it.

I feel very good.
The therapist was very good to me, had good training and I walked very well with them. Everything is good, especially the food they gave me so much. The aides and nurses were excellent when I put my call bell on they come right away and cleaned me. If my family needs rehab I will recommend Arbor Glen Center " I hope nobody needs it". Fantastic
Arbor Glen has the most awesome Staff. The nurse Jackie, aide Lucy, and Miss Linda to name a few, Mrs. Munoz is always attentive, always looking to help with any issues that might arise.
My mom come here frail and couldn't walk, and the physical therapy and occupational therapy are so fantastic what a TEAM they have. My mom comes back to gain a living with the help and dedication of the staff. It's remarkable how she bounces back. I truly thank Ms. Jackie. Ms. Linda, Ms. Lucy, and a few more that have been so kind to my mom and me.
