Albuquerque Heights Healthcare and Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term and respite care services. We also have a specialized transitional care unit, which offers cardiac and pulmonary management services. We also have a specialized Memory Support Unit for residents with Alzheimer's or dementia. David Hicks
AdministratorDavid, a US Army veteran, obtained a BS in Health and Human Sciences at Samuel Merritt University, Oakland, CA and a MA degree in Gerontology from San Francisco State University. David has been a healthcare administrator for over 20 years. A native of Massachusetts who now calls Albuquerque home, If not at the facility, David can always be found hiking with his dogs.
Lisa S. Noya, MD, FACP, CMD
Medical DirectorDr. Lisa Noya is certified through the American Board of Internal Medicine and has a Fellowship in the American College of Physicians. Dr. Noya also has certification in Medical Directorship by The American Board of Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medicine. Her group, The Four Humours Healthcare, has a mission to provide exceptional, quality healthcare to patients in New Mexico through the practice of evidence based medicine. In light of the potential harm the pandemic poses for nursing home residents in particular, Dr. Noya is vigilant in ensuring the safety and health of Genesis Healthcare’s patients. Vincent Nguyen
Director of RehabilitationI have always had a strong passion for physical fitness and wanted a career were I can translate that passion into helping others improve their health and wellness. I have one year experience in Home Health therapy and 3 years’ experience in a Skilled nursing facility with leadership opportunities that prepared me to be the director of rehabilitation. I am fortunate to work for genesis to allow me to be compassionate in my work and give me the ability to return patients to prior level of function and Independence in their lives. When I am not working I volunteer as a youth group instructor at Our Lady of Lavang.
