Albuquerque Heights Healthcare and Rehabilitation is a skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term and respite care services. We also have a specialized transitional care unit, which offers cardiac and pulmonary management services. We also have a specialized Memory Support Unit for residents with Alzheimer's or dementia. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances. Albuquerque Heights is a WE HONOR VETERANS partner and is VA contracted!

Jennifer Riggs
Center Executive DirectorDr. Jennifer Riggs is currently the Administrator for Albuquerque Heights and has over 6 years of healthcare experience including skilled nursing, long-term care and assisted living. She earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a Master of Arts in Psychology from Eastern New Mexico University.
Marissa Hotze, RN
Center Nurse ExecutiveMarissa has devoted the past 25 years of her life to caring for the elderly population. She started her career as a Certified Nursing Aide at the age of 18 and began nursing school, finishing with her RN. Her clinical expertise and commitment to advancing nursing, she is often asked to participate in both nursing and interdisciplinary research and committees. She herself not only strives for excellence, but also holds her staff to those standards.
Cynthia Martinez-Dayhoff
Director of Marketing and AdmissionsCynthia Martinez-Dayhoff has been in healthcare for over 15 years. She started with Pediatrics in El Paso, TX then transferred to UNM in Albuquerque, NM. She found her passion with the geriatric community in 2010. Cynthia believes in quality patient care and extensive community education for families with loved ones in need of care.
Vincent Nguyen
Director of RehabilitationI have always had a strong passion for physical fitness and wanted a career were I can translate that passion into helping others improve their health and wellness. I have one year experience in Home Health therapy and 3 years’ experience in a Skilled nursing facility with leadership opportunities that prepared me to be the director of rehabilitation. I am fortunate to work for genesis to allow me to be compassionate in my work and give me the ability to return patients to prior level of function and Independence in their lives. When I am not working I volunteer as a youth group instructor at Our Lady of Lavang.
