Results to Include Both Genesis HealthCare and Skilled HealthCare

(NYSE:GEN) one of the nation’s largest providers of post-acute care, today announced that it expects to release Genesis HealthCare and Skilled Healthcare’s year and fourth quarter ended December 31, 2014 results after the market closes on Thursday, February 19, 2015. A conference call and webcast will be held Friday, February 20, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results for both Genesis HealthCare and Skilled Healthcare.
