Suzannah (Suzy) Herring serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Genesis HealthCare. Suzy joined Genesis in 2012 through the Sun Healthcare acquisition, where she had advanced her career from HR Specialist to Vice President of Human Resources. With more than two decades of experience in human resources leadership, Suzy has played a key role in strengthening HR operations, supporting market and center teams, and fostering an employee-centered culture across the organization. She is dedicated to advancing employee engagement, improving retention, and ensuring HR compliance, while leading initiatives that support Genesis’ mission and values.
