Lauren Murray, NHA, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Genesis HealthCare. With over 30 years of experience, Lauren has dedicated her career to enhancing the lives of patients, residents, and caregivers in the long-term care industry. Beginning as a social worker, Lauren has progressed through various roles at Genesis, including Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Regional Vice President of Operations, Market President and Senior Vice President of Operations, before assuming her current position. Her journey reflects a deep commitment to the well-being of others and a passion for driving positive change in long-term care. Lauren is a 2024 inductee into the McKnight’s Women of Distinction Hall of Honor.
