Kristen Morris, BSN, RN, serves as the Chief Clinical Officer at Genesis HealthCare. With more than a decade of senior clinical leadership experience, Kristen has focused her career on improving quality of care, advancing regulatory outcomes, and supporting caregivers across the post-acute sector. She has overseen multi-state skilled nursing and assisted living operations, leading initiatives that elevated CMS performance, standardized care practices, and strengthened workforce development. A collaborative leader, Kristen has partnered with public health agencies, academic institutions, and industry associations to drive innovation in clinical care and enhance outcomes for residents. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
