Patricia Mays
Center Senior Executive Director

Patricia is a 15-year employee of Genesis HealthCare working as a Senior Administrator in Anne Arundel County. A lifetime Maryland resident, she received her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maryland, College Park and has over 30 years of health care experience. Dedicated to exceptional customer service and quality care, Patricia believes that a quality nursing center is one in which patients, residents, families, and staff members work together toward common goals in a positive atmosphere. She further advocates for patients and residents as a member of the Legislative Steering Committee of Health Facilities Association of Maryland. Recognized by Genesis HealthCare for her commitment to Customer Satisfaction, Clinical Excellence, Employee Satisfaction, and the achievement of a Center of Excellence, Patricia has been the recipient of the company’s Administrator of the Year award.

Melissa (Missy) Young
Center Nurse Executive

Missy began her leadership career with Genesis in 2008. Her nursing background includes Med/Surg, for which she was certified in 2006, and Geriatrics. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Salisbury University and a Masters Degree in Nursing from George Washington University. Missy has a true passion for providing quality care and customer service to her clients at Waugh Chapel Center.

Mariam Nasseri Pelletier
Admissions Director

Mariam joined the Genesis Waugh Chapel team in May of 2015.  She is an active resident of the Gambrills/Odenton community.  Mariam has more than 7 years of experience in the healthcare industry.  Before joining Genesis as the Admissions Director, she worked as the Client Services Director with Regent Healthcare in Hanover.  Mariam brings a strong business and customer service background coupled with healthcare operations.  Mariam received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Marketing, as well as completed her MBA in 2008.  Mariam enjoys being a resource for families and helping them to get the best nursing and rehabilitation necessary.
