Mary Johnson
Center Executive Director

Mary has more than 42 years of Healthcare experience and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services from New Hampshire College. In her career, which began at Rochester Manor as a Licensed Nursing Assistant, she has extensive experience not only in Administration, but in Social Services, Case Management and Human Resources fields. Over the years, Mary has proudly served on various Boards of Director within the community  and on the State level.

Michelle Spriggs
Center Nurse Executive

Michelle graduated from River College St. Joseph's School of Nursing in 1995. She has a vast experience in nursing at the Center level and has Regional Level experience as Director of Clinical Operations.

Jennifer Manning, MSOTR/L, CCM, NHA
Admissions Director/Case Manager

Certified Case Manager since 2000. Experienced in Patient Care Coordination, Managed Care, Advanced Directives, and Resident's Rights. Masters Level Occupational Therapist from The University of New Hampshire licensed since 1987. Received NH Nursing Home Administrator License in 2016. Many years of experience in Health Care and navigating the ever changing field to improve and ensure Patient Quality of Care.

Patricia Going, OTR/L
Director of Rehabilitation

Trish is a highly skilled career professional with more than 30 years of experience in Skilled Rehab, Acute Rehab, and Outpatient settings. She has a BS in Occupational Therapy from the University of New England and holds OT licenses in NH, ME, and MA. Trish owned and operated a safety prevention company for 20 years that helped industry develop and coordinate Injury Prevention Programs. Trish has lectured extensively on injury prevention as a therapist and as an OSHA outreach trainer and has trained over 38,000 employees in over 45 corporations throughout New England. She has been the Rehab Director at Rochester Manor since 2012. She received Rehab Director of the Year in 2014 for exceeding all clinical benchmarks, developing and integrating 6 new clinical programs and achieving 99% patient satisfaction.
