Reducing Your Risk of Multiple Myeloma

The exact cause of multiple myeloma is not known. Risk factors include exposure to toxic chemicals and radiation. When using toxic chemicals, follow instructions on how to use them and wear protective gear. Talk to your doctor and dentist about the risks and benefits of medical radiation.
