Leadership Development
Genesis realizes that it is our leaders, at all levels of the organization, who make the difference between ordinary and extraordinary performance. That’s why Genesis recently expanded its Leadership Development Program for employees who want to become Directors of Nursing, or Nursing Home Administrators. The program is an innovative, self-paced, experience-based educational opportunity that meets the needs of our employees even as they work in our Centers every day. Each carefully selected candidate is partnered with a Genesis certified instructor and a mentor to insure that the learning experience is as focused and as broad as it needs to be. To insure our employees’ success on the job, mentorship support for program graduates continues for the first two years they are in a new leadership position.
