Rebecca Mills
Center Executive Director

Rebecca has been the Administrator at Willow Ridge Center for 10 years.  She is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration. Rebecca began her career in long-term care in 1999.  She serves on the Union County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and is the President for the Knoxville District of Tennessee Health Care Association.

Sharon Overholt
Director of Nursing

Sharon has been the Director of Nursing at Willow Ridge Center for four years. Her career started with Health Occupation in high school where she got her CNA certification and continued to work with Claiborne County Hospital and Nursing Home. In 1994, she began her career in long-term care as a staff nurse in a 50-bed facility after graduating from Lincoln Memorial University with an associate degree in nursing. In 1999, became a staff nurse at Willow Ridge Center. She became the Patient Care Coordinator in April 2005, and then became the Director of Nursing in 2008.

Kathy Chesney
Director of Admissions

Kathy joined the Willow Ridge team in September of 2014. Her previous experience includes 3½  years as Director of a local senior care facility, preceded by 20 years of experience in senior insurance products and services. She moved to Maynardville in 2007 and is very active in many community organizations and events. She has fully embraced Maynardville as her new home town, and is working diligently to keep our community informed about the services available here at Willow Ridge.

Crystal Dixon
Director of Rehabilitation

Crystal is an occupational therapist and has been practicing for more than 10 years.  She has also been in skilled nursing facilities throughout her career. Originally, Crystal is from Kentucky but relocated to Maynardville, TN in 2013. She feels like that she has been given a wonderful opportunity as Director of Rehabilitation at Willow Ridge Center and looks forward to serving our residents, staff, and community.
