Rebecca Mills
Center Executive Director

Rebecca is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration. She began her career in long-term care in 1999, and has been the Administrator at Willow Ridge Center since October, 2005. Rebecca enjoys working in the pre-school ministry at her church, camping, Tennessee football and spending time with her family.

Sharon Overholt
Center Nurse Executive

Sharon started her career with Health Occupation in high school where she got her CNA certification and continued to work with Claiborne County Hospital and Nursing Home. In 1994, she began her career in long-term care as a staff nurse in a 50-bed facility after graduating from Lincoln Memorial University with an associate degree in nursing. In 1999, became a staff nurse at Willow Ridge Center. She became the Patient Care Coordinator in April 2005, and then became the Director of Nursing (CNE) January 11, 2008. Sharon is married with 4 children and 2 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family and watching her boys race on dirt tracks.

Kathy Chesney
Director of Admissions

Kathy joined the Willow Ridge team in September of 2014. Her previous experience includes 3½  years as Director of a local senior care facility, preceded by 20 years of experience in senior insurance products and services. She moved to Maynardville in 2007 and is very active in many community organizations and events. She has fully embraced Maynardville as her new home town, and is working diligently to keep our community informed about the services available here at Willow Ridge.

Scott Taylor
Director of Rehabilitation

Scott began his career as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Kindred Healthcare.  He became the therapy program manager in 2012, and came to Willow Ridge in that role in 2015, and made a name for himself quickly with Genesis HealthCare by being awarded the 2016 Rookie of the Year for his successful program here at Willow Ridge.  He is happily married and has two adorable children.  Scott is a University of Kentucky fan, so the residents often make a point of singing Rocky Top right outside of the therapy gym.
