Kimberly Mitchell
Center Executive Director

Kim has been part of Genesis HealthCare for 11 years with a total of 17 years in the health care industry. She received her degree in Social Work from Bethany College. Prior to becoming the Center Executive Director, Kim was Director of Social Services and Admissions at Logan Center for 9 years. She completed the Leadership Development Program working at Teays Valley Center and Pierpont Center, and has been the Administrator at Valley Center since 2011. Kim has always loved working with the senior population which motivated her to pursue a career in nursing home administration.  She is dedicated to impacting the lives of the patients and residents at Valley Center providing them with exceptional care.

Jennifer Graley
Center Nursing Executive

Jennifer has 10 years experience in Acute Care, Cardiac, Pulmonary Services,  and 6 years working in Long Term Care in management, Restorative Nursing, Nurse Practice Educator, and RN Supervisor. Jennifer graduated with her nursing degree in 2004 from the University of Charleston, and is currently furthering her education there.  Since 2012 she has been certified as an ANCC Gerontology Nurse and is a member of the Advisory Council for Garnett Career Center.  She enjoys spending time with her nieces and family and is an avid WVU fan.  Jennifer believes working as a team with our Genesis employees create positive outcomes for our residents while providing a safe, home life atmosphere as well as the acute care needed for our growing population.

Anna Lahoda
Admissions Director

Anna has been with Genesis as the Admissions Director for Valley Center since 2000. She attended Ohio Valley College and is an LPN who has extensive experience as a nurse and admissions director in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities.

Alicia Signorini
Director of Rehabilitation

Alicia has been with Genesis since 2015. After volunteering in Physical Therapy at St. Francis Hospital, she graduated with a Bachelor in Psychology and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Wheeling Jesuit University in 2005. Prior to coming to Valley, she worked in Acute Care, Acute Rehab, and Wound Care in the hospital, skilled nursing, and outpatient settings.  Alicia has certifications for Clinical Instructor as well as Vestibular Rehabilitation.
