Amanda Schutz
Center Executive Director

Amanda graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2008, and began her career in long-term care in 2010. She began as Director of Admissions and Marketing, both in centers and on a regional level, and found that her passion was working with residents, families and staff to create a more homelike environment. Her motivation for providing quality care and creating a team atmosphere for staff is why she decided to pursue her Nursing Home Administration license in 201Amanda is excited to be a part of The Reservoir team and looks forward to enhancing the lives of residents, families and staff.

Alexandra Chin, RN
Center Nurse Executive

Alexandra started her career at The Reservoir in January of 2018.  She has worked for Genesis HealthCare since 2011, where she began as a Unit Manager in Woodbridge, CT.  There she played a key role in developing their current Cardiac Management Program for the Transitional Care Unit.  Her drive and strong work ethic then earned her a position as Center Nurse Executive in Meriden where she, along with her team, attained 5 star status.  Alexandra is passionate about providing quality care and positive outcomes to all of her patients, and believes strongly that teamwork is the key to success.  From her time as a Laundry Aide turned Certified Nursing Assistant, turned Medical Assistant, turned Registered Nurse, Alexandra knows from experience that each employee is a valued team member and highly respects that in her everyday life.

Sophia Traille
Director of Admissions

Self-motivation and senior advocacy are two attributes of Sophia’s professional character which has allowed her to complete an AS in the arts and science and provide direct care to many patients. Sophia’s aspiration was to work her way into a clinical position with an RN degree but life had another plan. Six years ago Sophia was given the opportunity as the Administrative Assistant at the Bristol Facility this position provided direct exposure to varied opportunities and helped her to realize her niche. As an Administrative Assistant Sophia developed a new level of customer service and her willingness to learn plotted a course to Admissions Coordinator- Acting Director of Admissions and eventually now Director of Admissions. This path continues to highlight her passion for geriatrics and providing optimal client satisfaction.

Kelly Blake
Director of Rehabilitation

Kelly graduated from Springfield College in 2014 with her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy. She began her career working as an occupational therapist in skilled nursing homes, where she was promoted to the Director of Rehabilitation.  She is very proud to join our Rehabilitation Program as we always strive to be the leaders in providing the best care to our patients, and having the best outcomes. Kelly is excited to begin her journey at The Reservoir and looks forward to having you come and stay with us.
