Rebecca Gagnon, NHA
Center Executive Director

Rebecca graduated from the University of New England in 2005 with her license in Social Work. She started her Genesis career in 2008 as a Social Worker, and then later obtained her NHA license in 2011. In 2013 she was a participant in the Leadership Development Program. Rebecca served as the CED at Genesis Pine Point Center in 2015 until relocating to Springbrook Center in 2018. In addition, she is a member of the Northeast Regional Customer Experience Committee.

Deborah Bostic, BSN
Center Nurse Executive

Deb has over 20 years nursing leadership experience in both acute-care and geriatric care. She is dedicated to patient-centered care and evidence-based quality healthcare. Deb received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts, and in 2016 will obtain her Masters of Science in Nursing- Healthcare Administration and Management. She is part of the Aspen University Nursing Honor Society, the Organization of Nurse Leaders, and it a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives. Deb joins the Genesis team in 2016 in her role as Center Nurse Executive.

Victoria Cash, MSW
Senior Admissions Director

Tori attended Plymouth State University in New Hampshire for a degree in Social Work with a concentration in Health Services. She later returned to Maine in 2010 where she graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a Masters in Social Work. Tori joined the Genesis team in 2013.

Christina Cole
Director of Rehabilitation

Christina has worked as an Occupational Therapist with Genesis Rehab Services since they have come to the State of Maine in 2007.  Christina is a graduate of the master’s degree program of Occupational Therapy from the University of New England with an additional certificate in Organizational Leadership attained from the Philadelphia University in 2012.  With a primarily skilled nursing facility background, Christina has also worked inside of Acute Care Hospitals and Sub-acute rehab settings.  Christina’s passions include seating and positioning, splinting, and the use of measurement to promote the efficacy of OT practice.
