April Mayberry, LNHA
Center Executive Director

April has been the Administrator at Siler City Center since January 2015. April has been in the healthcare field for 18 years and in long-term care for 16 years. She is a graduate of Western Carolina University with a Bachelor  of Science degree in Recreational Therapy and received her Healthcare Administrator  License from UNC-Chapel Hill. She has worked in the fields of Recreation Therapy, admissions, behavioral health and administration. April is committed to the long-term care industry and overall quality of care and everyday compassion to her residents.

Crystal Wilson, RN
Center Nurse Executive

Crystal has been a nurse at Siler City Center for over 12 years. She began her nursing career as an LPN Charge Nurse. During her time with Siler City she worked as a Nursing Supervisor and Assistance Director of Nursing before becoming the Center Nurse Executive. Crystal is a member the National Association of Directors of Nursing (NADONA) and feels a strong connection in geriatric nursing.

Devvie Howell
Admissions Director

Devvie has been with Siler City Center since August of 2015 and has been part of the Genesis family for over 18 years. She emphasizes a customer service approach to promote a seamless transition to Siler City Center. Devvie's excellent communication skills enable her to guide customers by managing the admissions process. Devvie works efficiently with hospital, physician, and other healthcare professionals assuring the residents admission process into the center is a stress free transition.

Brett Scheidt
Rehabilitation Program Manager

Brett Scheidt is the Program Manager for the Rehabilitation Department. He has been a Physical Therapist for ten years, the last two with Genesis. He graduated from The University of St. Augustine for health Sciences in St. Augustine, Florida, with his Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy. He has spent his professional career working in skilled nursing, outpatient and acute care settings.
